"So why are you here?" I asked slumping next to him.

"Because I'm bored and I wanted to see you."

"Oh ok, I don't mind I get bored after school all the time."

"What do you want to do?" I asked.

"I don't know."

We had an awkward silence for about a minute..... .....

"Hey can I confess." Jai said.

"Confess what." I asked.

"I like you." He stated.

"Yeah I know your a great friend." I grinned.

"No I don think you understand Eden, I really like you." He explained.

I froze.

He likes me?

How did I not know that.

"Eden, answer me, do you like me?"

"Uhh.. Ooo, agh." I mumbled.

"Oh you don't? This is awkward." Jai said scratching his head.

Jai's P.O.V

I can't believe she doesn't like me...

"Jai, listen." Eden started.

"Yes?"

"I..umm....i...arg." she mumbled.

"No that's okay, if you don't like me just say it." I said.

I waited.

And waited.

For a response.

She just mumbled and kept biting her lip.

God, I love her.

Why can't she love me back?

"Eden, tell me if you like me or not." I said.

"Ummmm..." She mumbled again.

"Okay, if that's how it is I'm okay. I'm going to go now see you Tomorrow Eden." I said getting off her bed and walking to her window.

Eden's P.O.V

ugh. HES WALKING AWAY!

THE MOST ADORABLE BOY I HAVE EVER MET IS LEAVING ME !

And I didn't even say anything.

Why am I so stupid.

I had to do something.

ARG BUT WHAT??!!!

I got up and got to Jai.

I got in front of him and....

kissed him.

I felt his warm lips press against mine, I've never actually kissed a boy before. so this was different.

It lasted forever.

I didn't know what to say.

"So you do like me?"

"Yeah." I grinned.

"YAY." He yelled.

"JAI SHHH my mum will hear you and know your here and get pissed."

"Oh well, I love you." He smiled.

"I love you too." I said giggling.

It was so weird how fast things were happening, like I only met this boy today and he's already in my house telling me he loves me and kissing me.

"Jai." I said.

"Yeah?"

"Why did you pick me?" I asked.

"What do you mean." He said coming closer to me.

"Like, I'm not pretty and skinny and popular like Hayley. Why did you pick me not her?" I sighed.

"Because you're beautiful and you're not a bitch and popularity doesn't matter to me Eden."

"Well it's about time someone likes me more than Hayley.".

"EDEN! DINNER TIME!" My mother yelled from downstairs.

"Jai you better go now." I said scooting him off my bed and near the window.

He turned around.

"NO GOODBYE KISS??!!" He yelled.

"Shhhh. Ok." I said quickly pressing my lips on his and getting him out.

"See you tomorrow Eden." He said on the grass.

"Okay. Bye." I said laughing.
