× Niall ×
Let it never ever be said that Niall Horan can't wake up early to save his life.
I mean flipping hell, I was up by 7am and it's a damn Saturday. Things like this don't just happen alright.
Maybe it had to do with the fact that Zahraa and I were going paintballing today and I was totally gonna wipe the floor with her.
What? I adore her, yes, but I will certainly not be defeated!
Niall James Horan will reign as the conquerer!
Okay maybe I'm getting ahead of myself.
Even if Zahraa was somehow victorious, I still would've been able to spend the entire day having fun with her and watching her giggle and just let loose. That was more than enough for me.
I'm still going to win though. Just saying.
I eyed myself in the mirror one last time, I couldn't help but smirk, throwing a casual wink at my reflection.
You clean up well, Nialler.
With my jacket hanging over my forearm and my wallet and phone in hand, I left my room.
I checked the time as I walked.
8:15. Ha! Everyone who's ever called me a tardy person can go suck it!
My parents were at work already so the house was empty. They leave really early, at around six they're already out.
My mom constantly whines about how she should've been a teacher and I get why. I swear nobody gets holidays and days off like teachers do. When schools close, teachers do too and lord knows how many times schools close.
Lucky people.
I walked into the kitchen and headed to the counter to grab an apple. As I was leaning against it, munching on the sweetness my phone vibrated it my hand.
It was a text.
From Nick.
The fuck does he want?
Nick was one of my teammates on the soccer team. That fact aside, I absolutely loathed the bloke.
He was the typical high school jock you read about in stories and see in movies brought to life. All brawn and no brains and all that. That and he was the biggest bully I'd ever seen. He actually got off of pushing around anyone who was smaller than him. It made him feel like a macho man, I guess.
But then again, that on it's own is a true testament as to how much of a man he really is, huh?
I can't stand his guts. The fact that he's also convinced he can somehow take Zahraa away from me just adds take it really. The dick.
I can't even begin to think of a reason as to why he's texting me. School's are closed meaning so is soccer season. Other than than discussing things concerning the team, I have no reason to talk to him.
I sighed long-sufferingly. I wonder what he wants.
I unlocked my phone, opening the text and reading it.
Looking back at it, that was something that I wish I had never done.
Maybe then I wouldn't be feeling like I'd just been caught in a tornado before being roughly chucked into a sea of cacti.
× Zahraa ×
I swear I'm just about ready to pull my hair out.
Okay no, maybe that's a little too extreme.
