Maggie drove until we came to a stop. Why did you stop? Hershel asked. Everyone needs rest. Alot happened back there. So we're going to discuss plans and stuff. So everyone just take a minute to rest. She said. Blake looked at me. Hey I'm sorry about your brother and dad. He said.

It's fine. I said with a fake smile. Wanna go for a walk? He asked. Sure. I said. Maggie is it okay if Blake and I go on a short walk? I asked. Yes sweetie be back shortly. She said. And don't go far. She said. K. I said. We walked off. So did you ever have a boyfriend? He asked. Heh no. I said. That's surprising. He said. I stopped. Why? I asked.

Because your so beautiful,kind and funny. Who wouldn't love you? He asked. I smiled. Your so sweet Blake. I said blushing. He smiled. We sat on a log. I'm so worried about them. I said. He put his hand on mine. Don't be. He said. He leaned in and we pressed our lips together. We kissed for about a minute.

We broke away when we heard a noise. We looked that direction. It was Carl,Dad, and Carly. I ran up to them. I hugged dad then Carl. I hugged Carly. We saw it. Carl snorted. What??!...I asked. Dad smirked. Nothing. He patted my back. I looked confused. Blake blushed. We went back to the car. Miranda jumped out and ran to Carly. They hugged.

(Btw Beth is 15 in this book). Beth looked at Carl and ran to him. They hugged. I smiled. Maggie went up to dad. Rick the prison got over run by walkers. She said. Damn it! He said. We can find another place. Maggie said putting her hand on his shoulder. I hope. He said. We walked for awhile. We heard noises. People chatting. We walked over to the noise.

We came to a huge gate. Hello! A guy at the gate said. We all pointed our guns at him. Who are you? Dad asked. Aaron! He said. Welcome to Alexandria! He said. He opened the gate. This is a safe place. Trust me. Food,water,showers,shelter,and clothes are all provided here. He said. I looked at Miranda. She smiled.

He took us individually to a woman named Dianna. She filmed us and asked us questions. After we were all done he took us to a house. It was 3 stories. 5 rooms on all floors. He said. So there is 15 rooms. Is that enough? He asked. Plenty. Maggie said. We went inside. Everything is stocked. A party will be held at Diana's house. He said.

Then he left. I chose a room at the very top. The walls were painted a Teal. It had a small bed. The converter was white with black polka dots. There was a small desk beside it. There was a small lamp. There was a 30 inch tv on the wall. I turned it on. It worked! The room had a bathroom in it. I went inside. I took all of my clothes off. I got in the shower.

It felt good to have a shower. I washed my hair. I got all the grease and dirt off. I washed my body. I shaved where I needed to.
