Hey readers, this is King92, I just want to say I made this chapter a bit longer because I want to devote the next chapter entirely for something. No spoilers so if you want to know why then read this chapter. :)
"Kyaa! Kira don't just stand there laughing. Help me!" I couldn't help but laugh at the long blue hair girl holding a katana. She's running away from a wild boar. This girl is Jun's avatar for GSA. A week after my evening meeting with my father, Jun had mentioned how she and I were losing communication and that she wanted to try and do what I like. That following day, we went to a gaming store and bought her the required firmware. At first I thought she would have taken this chance to try out the classes but when I met her in the town of beginnings, I wasn't surprise she had chosen to be a warrior.
"Kira, if you keep laughing at me, I'll kill you once we log out." She yells at me so I raised my hand in defense saying, "Ok. Ok."
"Imagine you're going for an attack. Focus your mind and the game's system will activate your skill and make sure your attack connects." After listening to my instruction, Jun closes her eyes to take a breath.
"Men!" Jun yells. Her habit of yelling kendo terms showing as her katana glows a bright teal green before the sword skill connects. The wild boar let's out a pain squeal before shattering.
"I did it! Kira did you see that? I just used a sword skill." Jun happily yells as she ran to cling onto my neck.
"Yeah, I saw. That was fantastic." I said slightly choking.
"But this isn't enough." I heard Jun said determinedly so I raised my eyebrows.
"I want to be as strong as Kira."
"You can but it will take time." I said with a smile before a small ding is heard only from my side.
"One second Jun." I said before pulling up my main menu and navigating to the mail.
"What is Kira?" Jun asks looking at me curiously.
"A mail from G-Grave."
"Oh you mean your mailman friend?"
I laugh because when I told Jun about G-Grave, she made it seem like he was a mailman and the nickname stuck.
"Yeah, my mailman friend."
"Hmm, what does he want?"
"He's just telling me to come see him when I can. Oh, Jun want to go see Dragonmarsh with me?"
"Dragonmarsh?"
"Yeah, it's on a higher level but anyone can teleport there if they are given the map key."
"Ok." With Jun's answer I started a trade with her, giving her the map key.
"Ready? Ok. Teleport: Dragonmarsh." I activated the teleport crystal after Jun gave her consent. When we opened our eyes, Jun's eyes open wide in shock at the gigantic dragon fountain in the middle of the town.
"Jun over here." I call out as I turn towards the left side before she hurriedly match my pacing and subconsciously took hold of my hand.
"That information you gave me was spot on. Thanks."
"Hehe, of course it was. Who do you think you're talking too?" I heard G-Grave's voice speaking smugly and I couldn't help but smirk.
"Business is good as always then, Grave?" I said after the first player had left.
"Oh, well, well my benefactors returns at last."
"What benefactor? You were doing well even before meeting me."
