Chapter 1 Niall Vision
“Ugh” Sun pierced through my eyelids, instantly giving me a splitting headache. I grabbed a pillow from the other side of the plush king sized bed and pressed it over top of my head, prevention the sun from bothering me further.
“Bloody sun...was in the middle of a great dream too..”
“You okay?”
My eyes burst open and I froze. W-Was that the voice of..a girl? Oh god what did I do last night.
The bed shifted as if something light weight was moving closer, and in a few heartbeats I felt the pillow above my head being lifted. Kneeling above me was a girl, she was looking down at me with huge, curious dark evergreen eyes. Her honey blond hair trailed down and laid on the sheets next to me in small silky pools. Trailing my eyes down she looked rather short, and if I had to guess, she would have only come to my waist. That's when I noticed it...she was completely and utterly nude
…
So not only did I bring a girl home last night, but I brought a child home. And from the looks of things, we were doing a bit more then cuddling last night.
There was a moment of silence where she just bored into my eyes—my light blue, terrified eyes—before I leaped back, efficiently denting my head on the headboard.
“Oh god!” I yelped, making the girl go flying backwards in shock, “W-Who are you?!”
I scrambled to cover myself in the sheets, it seems that I was fully clothed, so at least we didn't go all the way last night. The girl just looked at my funny, her head cocked at a 90 degree angle. It was as if she was confused that I didn't know her.
“Don't you remember?” She asked, voice as smooth and as innocent sounding as some six year old child. Her body though..I couldn’t help but look over it again. There was no way that a kid could have such a mature, curved, body. My eyes lingered for a little while before I tore them away to look back at her big green orbs.
Nothing about this girl seemed familiar to me, so I sharply shook my head as if to say no. She only pouted.
“Well..” She looked above my head and brought a hand up to her chin, stroking like she had a pretend beard. “I don't really...have a name...so”
She doesn't have a name? That struck me dumbfounded, what kind of person doesn't have a name?
“I'm that...thing...” she kept her eyes transfixed on the wall behind me and brought her other hand up, making the outline of a shape with her fingers. It looked like a spade, or maybe an upside-down heart.
This girl was really puzzling me. It was as if I was in one of those mystery games. Where the main character had to figure out a set of clues to solve the real mystery.
“That...Thing” She fumbled with her hands again “Its green...and grows on things..”
“A leaf?” I questioned, giving her a quizzical look.
“Yes! I'm that leaf you brought home!” She clapped her hands together and beamed.
She. Was a leaf.
I chuckled dryly. Real funny prank guys, I brought some leaf home and slept with her.
“Ha. Real funny. How much did Harry pay you to do this?” I chuckled again.
“Who's Harry?” She cocked her head again. Wow, she's a really good actor.
“You can drop the act now, you know” I stopped laughing and flashed her a serious look.
“Act?” She kept her head cocked, “I really am that leaf...that pointy one you brought home”
The leaf that I snagged on my way home? I think I remember leaving it on the kitchen table before pouring a drink, the rest is just some big blur. Maybe I'm still drunk, and this leafy girl is just some dream, or maybe an illusion.
“Sure.” I rolled my eyes and tossed the blanket off of me, it landed on the leaf with a soft 'pluff' she scrambled under it like a dog under a towel before popping her little head up from behind it. Her honey blond hair framed her face perfectly. It was only now that I realized how pretty she was.
“Where re you going?” She asked, her voice sounding yet again so smooth and innocent. I didn't answer, just continued to swing my legs off the bed and sitting up, planting my feat firmly on the carpet beside my bed.
“Sir?”
I ignored her again and stood, only looking back at her for a split second. She was laying down on her back, the fold of the blanket only barely covering her where it mattered.
“Look. I'm really not in the mood to be played with so...” I dragged my eyes away again, it was unusual to have a naked girl laying in my bed.
“I-I'm not playing with you! I really am that leaf!”
“And I'm a leprechaun” I rolled my eyes “If you really are that leaf, explain to me how you're suddenly human”
That should stump her.
While she fumbled to find words I looked around for something she could wear. I couldn’t exactly have her walking around naked while the other boys are around, could I?
“Here” I found a long T shirt on a nearby chair and tossed it to her, not waiting for her answer on my previous question. I wouldn’t have believed her anyway.
“What's this?” She only barely caught it before holding it up to give it a through examination. She poked the picture on the front and scrunched her face in confusion. It was a Rams football jersey, one of my favorite football teams.
“A shirt, please don't tell me you don't know how to put one on”
“Um..” She looked up at me, evidently scanning over my chest before pulling the shirt up over er head. A few grunts later she had the shirt on with her head squeezed out the arm hole.
I whimpered for my beloved jersey. It must have been stretched to the extreme from this horrible miss-use.
“Is this right..?” She said, hardly above a whisper. “I think I'm...I'm stuck”
I let out a low groan. If she was stuck, then there's nobody else around to help her but me...Well, assuming that Harry wasn’t just out side the door with the rest of the gang, getting this all on camera.
“...Here” I bent down and helped her get all her parts in the right places. Most men would jump at the chance to help out a girl in this situation, it was a great excuse to touch her...'fun bags'
But I wasn’t like most men, whenever my hands grazed over something inappropriate I would jerk it away and continue on helping her with the shirt.
“Thank you!” She mused. Grinning once she had the shirt on properly.
“N-No problem” I backed away flustered. My hands had grazed over her chest more then they should have. I guess even while trying to be the bigger man and not take advantage of a girl like this, I couldn’t escape my hormonal urges.
“So...What is your name, honestly, I still don't believe you're some leaf that magically transformed into a human” I took another step back, a blush down fading onto my cheeks.
“Um...well, I honestly don't have a name...Just call me...Eve?” She said it more like a question then a statement. So she was still playing this old charade of being some magical plant? Oh well, I guess calling her Eve would be better then her having no name at all.
“Sure...nice to meet you, Eve”
