♥ Luke ♥
Luke didn't know what had fallen over him. He was continuously attracted to Ashton and all he wanted to do was kiss him senseless. And Ashton? Well, he didn't mind that much. He loved kissing the blonde immortal. Maybe not as lustfully sometimes, but he still liked it.
Though, Ashton had seemed a little hesitant lately and Luke knew he was moving fast. Heaven, he hadn't even taken the boy out on a proper date just yet. And then to think they had almost reached second base once.
So, on a normal day, just after both had finished their assignment, Luke found himself in front of the curly haired boy's room, about to knock on the door.
Luke had his fist raised, when the door opened, Ashton about to exit when he noticed someone standing at his door and jumping back. "Luke."
"Hi." The blonde greeted sheepishly, letting his hand fall back to his side. "Um, do you have time?"
Ashton raised his eyebrows at the blonde, blinking a few times before shrugging. "Sure."
"Right." Luke cleared his throat, shifting from foot to foot nervously. "So, um, yeah."
Ashton raised his eyebrows, seemingly amused. Luke took a deep breath, fiddling with his fingers almost subconsciously. "Do you wanna goonadatewithme?"
The curly haired boy giggled lightly, smiling widely at the blonde, dimples in sight. "I'd love to."
Luke let out a deep breath, nodding. "Thank Heaven."
"Oh shut up. You should've known I would have agreed." Ashton was still smiling, pushing the blonde jokingly. Luke scrunched up his nose, pouting a little. "Nothing is ever sure."
Ashton suddenly frowned, seeming hurt. It made Luke's heart beat faster, because shoot, did he cause that?
"So you don't think my feelings for you are real?"
Luke opened his mouth, shaking his head. He didn't know what to say, making him close and open his mouth repeatedly. Until Ashton giggled again. "Kidding."
"Ass." Luke mumbled, rubbing his face in frustration. The curly haired boy was still giggling his amazing giggle, soon making the blonde smile almost automatically. "Just get changed, if you wanna."
"What? We're going on a date right now?" Ashton raised his eyebrows, his eyes slightly widened.
"Eh, yeah. That kind of was my plan."
The curly haired boy stared at the blonde for a moment, before quickly turning around and closing his door. Luke was taken aback, frowning at the closed door in front of him. "Well..."
The blonde was about to leave, when the door opened again, revealing a bit of a flustered Ashton. "Um, do I need my jacket?"
Luke blinked a few times, before realising the boy hadn't walked away from him. "N-no. I just- I mean, I had planned something in my room?"
"Why the question?" Ashton giggled, biting his lower lip as he watched the blonde. Said blonde shrugged, running a hand through his hair nervously. "I'm not sure if you agree, I mean, I'm not sure what you like, you know? Maybe you wanted to go out out, to a restaurant or something."
"I'm fine with anything. As much as I love a nice dinner somewhere, I also really like the more intimate things."
Luke nodded slowly, holding out his hand for the boy. Ashton smiled, closing his door and taking the blonde's hand. "So, your room huh?"
"Yeah. It was the best I could think of so quick. And I really wanted to take you out. I wanted to show you I'm more serious about this than just making-out." Luke furrowed his eyebrows a little, not sure if his words were the right ones. But as Ashton blushed, he threw all his own thoughts away. "Thank you."
Luke smiled, a little unsurely as he was still very nervous. The curly haired boy simply motioned for the blonde to lead the way, which was soon done. They walked in silence, though, a comfortable one. Because really, no words were needed.
"So, I um, I opted for some simple food and movies? I have no idea which ones are good, but I just chose a few and I mean, if you don't like them I can always get others and just-"
"Luke, I'm sure they'll be fine." Ashton interrupted the rambling immortal, trying to hide his grin by biting his lip. Said immortal got a little flustered, swallowing harshly and nodding, before opening his door and leading the other in. The room was filled with small fairy-lights, giving the room an adorable and romantic feeling, yet making Luke nervous. He took in Ashton, hoping he'd give a positive reaction to the things he had done for him. But as the curly haired boy gasped, his eyes twinkling as he looked around the room in wonder, well, Luke just thought about how he shouldn't doubt himself. Though, easier said than done of course.
"It's amazing, Luke." The curly haired boy mumbled, his eyes wide and seeming to move over literally every corner of the room.
"I sure hope so." Luke spoke quietly, smiling a little as he carefully led the other to the couch. "Now, sit down and get comfortable. I got the movies here," Luke pointed to the small stack on the coffee table, "and I'll get the food."
Ashton was silent, only nodding at Luke's words and watching the immortal disappear to the small kitchen. Luke quickly got out some stuff he had gotten earlier that day, heating up some things and soon taking a full meal with him to the living room, where Ashton was by now looking at the movies. The blonde put down the two plates on the coffee table, watching Ashton look over the movies.
Eventually, Ashton had decided on some movie called 'Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles'. Luke had no idea what to expect from it, as he found the name very confusing, but he went with it. So, the movie started and the boys ate their food, soon putting the empty plates back on the coffee table and leaning back on the couch. Luke, however, scooted closer to the other boy, watching him from the corner of his eye in the hope he didn't notice the subtle movement.
This happened every few minutes, but of course Ashton had to notice it at some point and as Luke saw the curly haired boy bite his lower lip to keep from smiling, he knew he had been caught way earlier. So, he simply groaned and pulled the boy closer, lying them both down on the couch. The action made some giggles escape Ashton, which in turn made the butterflies go wild in Luke's stomach. He was definitely not only there to only make-out.
The younger immortal cuddled closer to the blonde, letting out a sigh of content as he had found his spot on the other's chest. Luke tried not to smile (but come on, who can keep that up?) as he held the boy close and moved a hand up to run it through the curly hair. Yeah. He was here for so much more.
