Why is this happening now
what did I ever do?
You said it would be forever and you know what?
I trusted you!
How did it come to this?
we didn't argue before
but then you said goodbye
and left me crying by the door.
I don't understand
you said you'd be true
my first mistake was that
I trusted you!
You may have been annoying
or even kind of dumb
but having you around
was always so much fun
It never did occur to me
that I was number two
you were always so persuasive and
I trusted you!
Did you ever even like me?
or was it just my body?
I think that I may need
a double shot hot toddy.
You know
I never actually knew you
but when you were with me
I trusted you!
Did you ever think of me
as if I were somebody
or just something to lean on
when you weren't with another hottie?
I can't believe I fell for it
I was even warned not to
but underneath my plaster smile
I trusted you!
you've taken everything from me
just by taking you
before you came along
I never knew what to do
I have seen cobwebs
where prettier than you was even dew
and yet still
I trusted you!
I guess this is goodbye forever
I guess it was from the very start
but you cannot say goodbye
when someone's stolen your heart
but you know what makes me happy?
I might get over you.
you know what makes me mad?
I trusted you!
the bad outweighs the good today
so I will say goodbye
to the world as well
just hand me my knife.
I cut my wrist
it bleeds with you
I don't know what else to say except
I trusted you!
yes it stings
but not too bad now
the very wound it seeps
in an everlasting frown
my wrist stopped bleeding
it has nothing to bleed for
but my last thought is
I don't trust you anymore.

alright so this is the second time I updated tonight and I know it's been a while but it would be really helpful if I could get some comments from any readers.
I am running a little low on ideas for my poems so if anyone out there has any requests I would be happy to fulfill a couple. if you do suggest something that I use I will dedicate that poem to you.
