Answer: Well, yes I do need help on two of those categories.
*scratches head in shame*
Physically (I have a few medical conditions like arthritis)
Mentally (depression, bipolar disorder, paranoia (I'm pretty sure that I have paranoia, cmon like I freaking hear voices in my head! And sometimes but rarely see a person that I don't even fucking know in my room or house or anyotherplaceigo!!! And feel them.....I FEEL THEIR PRESENCE EVERY SINGLE NIGHT, AND I COUldnt SLEEP))
