"Tradition kills originality; you keep repeating the same things in tradition! Behave like the sky; always create new and different things; be original!"- Mehment murat ildan
Charlie sat in her bedroom, painting her toenails thinking about her plans for fourth of july this year. She painted her toes the festive colors of the month.
Her family was having their usual party, inviting extended family, having a huge barbeque with a few do it yourself firecrackers. The fourth july was her favorite holiday. The thrilling pop of the firecrackers, and the glowing sparks made her insides warm, and her eyes sparkle in excitement.
She's thought back to the forth of july when she was 8, when she got to hold her first firecracker. She remembered her arms shook and her face lit up in the glow of the sparks.
She stood carefully outside her grandmother's backyard. Childish squeals of excitement and nervousness echoed as she held the popping, glowing stick high in the air as she felt the heat.
From day on, her obsession with firecrackers and the smell of fourth the july resided with her. It was always the tradition of her family to light fireworks together, but Ashton recently invited her to a local fourth the july party.
She wanted to be with her family but she actually got use to Ashton's company. This year she considered breaking tradition.
