Don't have a reference in front of me, so I doubt I have Yakim's national colors correct :)

The day of the wedding, Giselle dresses in a gold and light tan dress, as close as she can get to Yakim's colors without breaking the rules of what one can and cannot wear to weddings. Servants do her hair in a nice half-up, half-down style and pin Giselle's crown into place before painting her face in soft golds and skin tones.

When Giselle goes to sit in her designated seat, she finds that she's seated next to the king of Summer on one side and a dignitary from Paisly on the other side. Of course she doubts that the Paislian dignitary is actually coming, but stranger things have been known to happen. There's lots of chattering before the wedding, but once it gets started, even Giselle can admit that it's a beautiful ceremony.

He words spoken by the priest are very similar to the ones spoken at Giselle's coronation. Words of commitment and loyalty, of support and friendship. Like the coronation, the guests are asked to support the union and everyone does. Cordell and Ventralli, forever united.
