He sat on his roof with the one he loves,
He told his secrets,
Shared his feelings,
Spoke the truth,
and trusted him,
But when they stood up to leave, his love pushed him off and waved good bye, and taught him how to fly
To spread his wings and watch him
Die.
For he never wanted you.
You watched him leave with another, left with your heart broken and shattered.
He never looked back and didn't say goodbye.
All you did was try but look at where it got you now,
Trapped in the shadows with no one to pull you out,
Not time to scream and no time to shout.
Just time think deeply into the night,
As he moves on without without a fight,
Wishing you could be he but which only produces false hope because he knows he will never be him, he will never need you like he needs him,
He won't miss you.
You're nothing.
