Marinette couldn't find Tikki.
She couldn't find Dove.
She couldn't find Adrien.
She couldn't find herself at this point.
She kept hearing Dove's voice, but when she looked she couldn't find him. He was like a phantom. he could go anywhere, be unseen, be disguised, change just like that.
Marinette was scared.

The next day at school, everyone was talking about what happened at the wear house and questioning why they were there.
Marinette was questioned where she was during all of this, she said she was at home. They believed her, but basically only Ayla knew she was there, because she ran away right after. She kept saying she was at home, and told only Ayla the truth. She questioned it herself and told her that she would do research on Dove.
She came back with nothing the next day. She also said that her phone has been going off randomly for the past couple of days, and Marinette didn't have the heart to tell her she was going to kill her.
As much as she actually did want to tell her and all.
