The two went to thier own homes. Marinette needed to take care of her bleeding nose, and Adrien needed to get back before his dad realizes that he was gone.
"What did that kid want with me? It was Adrien that he wanted!" Marinette asked Tikki while she was fixing her nose.
"I don't know who exactly you're talking about Marinette," she said as she nibbled on a cookie. Marinette looked up to Tikki, but didn't say anything. She just remembered that Adrien said thhat when he saw him go down, he transformed with no Kawami shown. She guessed that Adrien was joking, but she wasn't very sure. Her way home, she saw Dove looking at her again. She didn't follow him this time, but he had looked at her, and didn't have anything with him except that bird, but Adrien said that the bird wasn't there.
"I don't know. It seems like nothing."

"Stop worrying about girls. Eat cheese instead," Plagg said annoyingly for the ninth time as Adrien sulked into his pillow.
"It's not that simple, Plagg. I need to tell her. If I don't I know that when the day comes, she'll have my head." Or I might have hers.
That's when almost like it was right on cue, Adrien's father came into his room.
"Alright, son, you know that he marriage is going to be soon. As I have scheduled, it will be on your eighteenth birthday. So I want you and Chloé to start acting like a couple around others. Act like you love each other. Send me some pictures in your spare time with her. I have also scheduled a date between you two tomorrow night at a restaurant downtown. You will go in a tuxedo and tie. That is all." Then he exited his room.
Adrien screamed into his pillow. He needed to tell her now, or never. He pondered for a second. Then decided to transform.

Chat was on a rooftop right next to her patio. He was going to tell her right now, but he didn't think of anything to say. So he decided to wing it.
He was on her patio, and she was inside in a nightgown, looking at her computer for something like a video game of some sort. (Neh neh neh neh)
He tapped the window slightly, causing her to jump a little then walk over. She was startled when she was roughly grabbed by the shoulders and told to look in Chat's eyes.
"Marinette, I'm engaged to Chloé." He said quickly.
She took a moment, a long moment. She looked in his eyes, and hers started to hurt. So did her heart.
"I knew you loved her. As long as you're happy I guess," she said as she pushed him off her forcefully and turned around. She was fighting the tears like a hurricane against a tornado.
"I don't--"
He was interrupted with the sound of the door slamming in front of him, her turning out her light, and going into her bed. Her back faced him, but she was in fertile position, crying.
"Shit, shit, shit," he kept saying over and over again as he ran home faster than ever. When he landed on some ground, he stopped and sat down. He was fighting tears, because he hated Chloé, and Marinette thinks the opposite.
He felt a gentle breeze. Then a colder one. Then a deadly one, that moved him.
"Can't you cat's feel everything? Including when people are around? Guess not."
