Though it didn't bug me as much as Xyred would. I don't mind that reputation through popularity fails, all I'm after is to be part of the Dean's List anyways...
So I gave them the most humble smile I could give.... even if they don't deserve it.... "As you can see, Ladies... I am a nerd too. You seem to have fallen over heels for me once my extraordinary looks has been revealed. How hypocritical, don't you think?" Pati ako napanganga sa kalooban.... I never had the idea that I would end with such a witty remark.

We practically glared at each other for quit a long time... Hindi ko alam kung paano ko na-me-maintain ang seryosong tingin sakanila.
At salamat sa Diyos na dumating si Xyred, "Excuse me girls... But I guess fate chose that neither of you will get a chance to be with my buddy anytime soon." Ending it with his plain signature grin, pulling me away from the stress and drama.
I expected that he would be good at this. He's been playing the part as the University's heartthrob for a year now. Natural lang na pro siya, "Thanks... I don't think I would have the same amount of patience towards them."
He clicked his tongue, rolling his eyes at me, "Alam mo... Yhuki... Instead of wasting your precious time, staring at those assholes, You just walk away with a victorious smirk. Para may effect."
"....." It was my turn to roll my eyes, "Tch, How do you expect me to know how to handle situations like that?"
He flicked my forehead as if I'm being a bratty little child, "Because you have a big head, dumbass."
I held my forehead, giving him an annoyed expression, "Having a high IQ doesn't mean I know everything. Everything we learn and stays in our mind is mostly based on experience."
"Well then congratulations!" He chuckled as he smirked, "You just experienced it."
".... Why are we even friends?" I asked irritatedly as I walked in a faster pace.
"Dahil mahal mo ako! (^3^)" Proud pa siya..... Nakakainis talaga tong pagong na to...

I waited for the grumpy tramp at our usual tutoring place. I was honestly enjoying the silence from the delay she was taking. Magiging palengke na kasi itong silid aklatan once she stepped her foot inside. Parang megaphone kasi yung bunganga.... Kainis...
And when it felt like forever, nagpakita na rin si Selynna Mendoza. Suot-suot pa rin niya ang kanyang usual unamused face. Not that I'm complaining, but she looks more human with it.
"Gee... I wonder what time is it...?" I placed my book down as I crossed my legs casually.
She would give me her death signature glare before taking the seat infront of me. Pero ngayon... parang may kakaiba sakanya.... She would always reply rudely everytime I end my sentence... But all I'm receiving was a glare, then going back to her bored face.....
May problema kaya...?
Gusto ko siyang tanunging.... Pero halatang iba ang kakalabasan... So I just let out a sigh and brought out my history and physics book. Habang hinahanap ko yung pages na dapat kong ituturo, nakapatong yung baba niya sa kanyang kamay, staring into nothingness....
Hindi ko alam.. Pero habang naghahanap ako, lagi ako titingin ng mabilis kung yun lang ang gagawin niya magdamag hanggang sa makita ko yung lesson...
Once I landed at the right page, Everything was just as predicted.... She was still staring to nothingness.... No huffs... No complains.... No irritating high pitched voice, scurrying me off....
".... Selynna.." I called out and caught her attention.
She blinked twice before turning her head to me, "Oh.?" Still stern, yet more.... calm than usual.
"... Let's start?"
She nodded, pulling her chair near the table....
Today's tutoring was peaceful, calm... she was responding brightly. At this rate... the session only took half an hour..... Usually, Nakakaabot kami ng Alas Nwebe ng gabi.... Pero ngayon? 7:30 palang, mukhang handa na siya sa quiz bukas.

It really was bugging me..... A lot..... Kahit ilang araw ko palang siya tinuturuan, my mind wants everything to happen just as it expects it too.... Once I had the courage to finally ask, she was already walking to the door.
The knob clicked once it was turned, and out goes my student....
