The sun had risen as did the three younger turtles....as they left their rooms their could hear the muffled clash of metal on metal, they each sighed before walking to the dojo.

In the dojo:

The sight was shocking both Leo and sky stood panting glaring at each other....they gripped their weapons tightly, the dark circles under their eyes were visible. It was clear that the two eldest were exhausted....as they continued to train the presence of the three younger turtles went unnoticed.

Sky growled "Leo it's the only way to catch the Diablos off guard," she sent out a strong attack only to have Leo block it. The male turtle deepened his glare sending out his own attack "You must be insane to think I'd go along with that plan Sky."

Their intense staring contest only grew in tension, they launched at each other their weapons clashing as they pushed each other trying to knock the other off balance...their glares deepened as threatening growls tore through their throats.

Raph, Mikey, and Donnie watched in confusion not sure whether to cheer for Leo or sky not sure what they were arguing about....before anyone could do anything sky used her tail to trip Leo pinning him to the floor holding out her wings so could keep him pinned.

Her voice was dark "No matter what you say I'm going through with my plan," with that she stood up and glances over to the three younger turtles before sighing. The female dragon looked back to Leo....who had gotten back to his feet....before saying "Because the only thing we're allowed to do is to believe that we won't regret the choice we made."

With those final words Sky left the dojo silently....her katana sheathed on her hip with her hand resting on the hilt of the weapon, Raph turned to Leo who had his eyes focused on the floor "Leo what the shell just happened?"

The blue clad turtle flicked his ocean blue eyes to his brothers before sighing "She said she was going after the Diablos....on her own," the three younger turtles gasped widening their eyes in shock before all yelling "WHAT?!"

Sky's POV:

I know my plan is reckless but I can't stand the thought of Leo and the others getting hurt by the Diablos....Raph, Mikey, and Donnie don't deserve to be pulled into this fight...and Leo doesn't need to be in it either. The Homato Clan deserves peace....the deserve to be free of this battle, and I'll be the one to give them that freedom even if I die doing so.

I'm currently making my way to the surface despite the fact that the sun is out, looking back to the lair I can tell I'm making a mistake but I don't care....with one last smile I take off running to the surface.

The surface (no POV):

The wind blew softly as the sun bathed the city in its warmth, Sky ran across the rooftops as the light rained down on her warming her white scales....her Crystal eyes were narrowed as she kept her guard up.

The sound of birds chirping...people talking...car horns honking met the female dragons ears as she listened for Vincent. Soon enough she was surrounded by Diablos but there was still no sign of Vincent, sky gripped the hilt of her katana growling deeply.

With a amused smirk the fight started, she didn't draw her weapon knowing she wouldn't need it to defeat the mindless goons...their attacks were weak so she easily took them out.

With the turtles (Leo's POV):

I could see hundreds of emotions swim through my brothers eyes....they just stared at me blankly before Donnie spoke. "Leo we have to go after her....it's not safe out there even for someone at her rank!"

He had a point even with though me and Sky were strong and well trained we weren't invincible, I sighed before nodding...and with that one movement my brothers took off running out of the lair pulling me after them.

No POV:

Once the four turtles made it to the surface the sun pelted their green skin like rain, the faint sound of fighting could be heard so they took off running across the rooftops. The fight was within view and the four turtles could see Sky fighting. She still hadn't drawn her sword, an amused smirk played across her lips as she easily took down the gang members....even with her lack of sleep she was still winning.

Soon enough all the gang members lay unconscious on the rooftop some bleeding heavily others already dead, the four mutant turtles rush over to the female dragon all holding shocked expressions....well except Leo he only wore an amused smirk.

The three younger turtles jaws hung low as they scream thousands of questions within their minds, Leo was the only to speak aloud "You held back Sky."

That being said the three younger turtles gasped as Sky smirked, amusement was clear in her voice "Yea well I didn't want the whole city to be destroyed." The eldest turtle sighed "That's true," the five mutants soon began to make their way back to the lair.

The walk to the lair was quiet Sky and Leo stayed in the back while the three younger turtles lead the way to the lair, the sun was slowly inching it's way across the sky as clouds moved in the same direction as the wind.

It truly was a beautiful day just like the days back in Central America....before the Diablos cane into their lives they were innocent teens living their lives as good as any mutant could.

Those days are all in the past....Leo and Sky can't go back to their old lives, they will always be killers no matter what choices they make. It won't change the fact that they have taken the lives of humans without a second thought.

And so they will continue to kill and shed  the blood of the Diablos until all of them, including Vincent lay dead at their feet....but before that day comes they will be training and enhancing their strengths until that goal is finally completed.
