Battle It Out

After dropping Justin and Olivia off at the school and driving in a silent car, we finally made it home.

All I wanted to do was jump in my bed and sleep, but as soon as I began to take my clothes off my phone started buzzing.

"I'll check that later." I said to myself out loud. It started buzzing again so I reached over and grabbed it.

"Hello?"

"Just making sure you safe." S'ven said in a deep low voice. Dammnnn!

"Were you sleep?"

"Yeah, but I woke up because I didn't hear my phone go off."

"Aww, I'm sorry baby. We just got back and I was tired."

"It's alright, how was it?" I laughed a little.

"I'll tell you all about it tomorrow."

"Alright, see you then love."

"Goodnight S'ven."

"Goodnight Trinity." I hung up and continued to take my clothes off. Time for bed! I put my phone on the charger, got under my sheets and laid my head down and dozed off instantly.

**JAVION P.O.V**

"Stupid, stupid, stupid." I repeated to myself every other second. This whole time I've had feelings for this girl and now when I want to express them she got a boyfriend. Great timing Javion, great fucking timing!

"Stupid ass." I said once again before falling back on my bed. I looked at the clock and realized it was 3 o'clock. I need to talk to someone about this. Can't talk to Trinity because I know she's knocked out.

I walked out my room and towards the front door. I need to figure out how to get this off my chest.

An hour later I ended up meeting with Raymond. For some reason he's up at this time, but that's my homeboy and he should understand.

"Wassup man?" Raymond asked sitting next to his 2013 Mustang.

"Man, I really got a problem."

"Addiction? Financial? Sexual?"

"Uhh no...a problem with Trinity." He started laughing.

"What's your problem man?" I breathed heavily and began explaining.

"I have really deep feelings for Trinity."

"Knew that was gonna happen eventually, when you gonna tell her though?"

"I can't bruh."

"Why, scared she gonna reject yo ass?" He joked.

"No...she has a boyfriend now." He stopped laughing and rubbed his head.

"Damn, shit tough man."

"Yeah I know."

"Well bruh you can't hold that shit in. You gotta tell her."

"Man what? Nah I can't do that. You know how awkward it'll be for me? What am I even gonna say? Aye Trinity I know you just got in a relationship but I've been meaning to tell you I got feelings for you, by the way what you wanna eat tonight?" He burst out laughing. "This ain't funny nigga."

"Yo, listen you don't have to say it like that, but just tell her before you go crazy. Cause nigga you halway there."

"How?"

"Call her, tell her face to face, write a letter, smoke signals, shit man I don't know." I rubbed my head in frustration.

"I got an idea, just got to figure out how to put it into play."
