Asriel's broken promise.

Asriel walked over to the flower bed. He was ready to face chara and end it all. Deep down Asriel knew what he was gonna do. He walked atop the golden flower bed. He looked around and started resonating his soul. Charas should became visible. It seemed that all the energy asriel had obtained made chara more determined to end him as she looked into his eyes.

"HehE HeLLO BrotHer."
She said her voice distorted.
"Enought chara I'm here to end this."
"I KnoW Yo-You ARe. ThEn....COME AT AT ME"

after those last words asriel summoned a hyper sword and slashed at chara. Horizontal vertical horizontal. He kept that pattern up hitting chara once before he grabbed the rainbow blaster and shot at her with all his might. Chara dove every shot and came up and slashed at him but he was fast even faster then her he grabbed her arm and broke it tossing her onto the ground.

"Wow asriel you really have grown"
Her voice stopped distorting
"Well my determination is still stronger then yours".

Deep down he knew she was right but he refused to accept it and charged at her again. But she dove under him and slashed his back.

"AAARGH!!!!"
He screamed in pain.

Alphys had everything recording. She watched in horror just as frisk walked in.

"Hey alphys have you seen asriel."
Asked frisk walking through the door.
"H-Hey c-can you k-knock first."
Said alphys as frisk looked at the big screen.
"Wait is that....ASRIEL!!.."
Frisk said in horror
"Wait frisk asriel told me you need".
Frisk didn't listen to her she was in a panic and bolted out the door headed to the flower bed.

As the battle raged on asriel started to get weary on charas countless attacks. Chara took another swing but it missed asriel and asriel took her hands and bound it behind her back.

"What's your plan dreemur?"
She said with a crooked smile.
"To absorb your soul... and to kill myself."
"Oh how noble but your not my type"
She said that just as frisk came running in.
"Asriel!!!"
Frisk said as she triped over a branch.

Chara broke asriels grip and flew towards frisk. Chara flew as fast as she could until she was stopped by an unknown force.

"Wait why can't I....."
She looked around and realized frisk already had another soul resonating in her.
"Cause my son is occupying that space chara thats why have to destroy your soul along with mine"

Asriel grabbed chara and started to glow again realising all his energy and tearing her soul along with his.

He looked at frisk and smiled.
"I'm sorry for not keeping our promise but I had to face this alone" just as chara vanished he walked up to her and hugged her.
"I love you and I always will"
"I...I love you too azzy..... PLEASE DONT GO...."
She started to cry clinging to him. Asriel started to fade. She tried grabbing his hand but it wasn't touchable anymore. Asriel had made the ultimate sacrifice he saved everyone in the end from chara.
