As soon as I woke up I was greeted with the pounding of blood behind my ears, I had a headache. A massive headache, that I deserved, I mean after the way I partied last night, Damn.
Flashes came behind my eyelids of the fun of the previous night, a million a minute. Last night was great.
It was the most fun I'd had in a while . Since being in this town I hadn't partied at all excluding the welcoming party my first week here. I mean, back in my old town me and Vanessa partied all the time, much to her mother's annoyance.
Pushing aside my thoughts I forced open my eyes, only for the sun to beam a mocking glare into my left eye causing me to shut it quickly. I let out an annoyed hiss. After adjusting to the amount of sunlight in the room I gradually opened them with a sigh.
I reluctantly pulled myself out of bed, the headache increasing with every step I took towards the bathroom. I would have to remember to take a Tylenol before I left for school.
I grunted as I tripped over a stray pillow that happened to be on the floor.
Sigh.
This is going to be a long, long day.

My head bucked again for the third time since my AP Chemistry class had started, I hoped Ms. Ashmeed didn't notice.
I saw her glance at me briefly before returning to her lesson. Shoot, I could not afford a detention.
I heard Alex snort from behind me.
I couldn't help but roll my eyes, he wasn't even in this class.
Alex had decided to skip his math class and come with me to my class instead and no amount of eye rolls and expletives could change his mind, not even the few head slaps to the back of the head seemed to do the trick and so here we were . The saddest part was that the teacher didn't do anything to stop him except throw him a very annoyed glare, which of course he only smiled to.
I placed my hand on my left jaw and let out a muffled yawn, looking at the clock.
25 minutes.
1500 seconds.
1..
2..
3..
And soon I was bucking again, as my hand fell off my jaw and I almost face planted into the notebook before me.
I looked around quickly, embarrassed but thankfully no one seemed to be paying attention to me.
I sat up in my chair again, purposefully opening my eyes larger than usual in order to stay awake.
Suddenly I heard shuffling behind me and Alex was getting up and walking pass me.
... And going to the teacher?
What?
Alex didn't talk to teachers, well, unless they did something to piss him off and he was threatening them, so my confusion was justified.
Soon the teacher glanced to me, her glasses on the bridge of her nose, her eyes overlooking them the way I hated, before responding to Alex in a hushed tone.
He nodded and sent her a charming smile, charming?
"You may be excused Ms.Cardoza, I hope you get better soon. Alexander here will take you to the nurse."
WHAT?!
He didn't just ....
He did.
All the eyes in the room turned to observe the relatively new girl that so happened to be in the good graces of the bad boy who was meant to hate everyone.
Sigh.
He knew I hated when people looked at me.
I gathered my books and walked up to the elderly teacher,
"Thank you Mrs. Ashmeed"
She just smiled and nodded.
"At least it gets him out of class for the next twenty minutes." she said under her breath.
I chuckled at Alex's face after her comment.
Serves him right.
As we exited the class Alex took my books out my hand "So why are you so tired?"
"I went out last night." I responded rolling my eyes.
"With?" He said not looking at me but staring straight ahead in the direction he was walking, opposite the nurses office might I add.
"Where are we going anyway?" I questioned annoyed for some reason.
"No need to be PSMing all over the place miss, especially towards the guy who just saved your butt." He said wagging his finger in my face.
I blushed brightly,as he was right my period had started this morning.
I allowed my long brown hair to shield my embarrassment, refusing to look at him.
When he realised I didn't throw a smart comment in his direction he turned to look at me.
"What's wr... Ohh... Your... Jessica Cardoza.. Do you have blood coming out of your lady parts?" He questioned with a cheeky grin.
"Stop talking so loud would you.." I hissed, punching him in the side.
"You are, aren't you" he said bursting into laughter.
I rolled my eyes.
Why did he have to be so annoying?
I decided to continue my journey without him.
Turning sharply on my heel I proceeded to walk in the opposite direction.
"Wait wait wait don't go. Jessy I'm just kidding. C'mon." He pleaded catching up to me n grabbing hold of my wrist.
"So you can annnoy me further. No thanks. I'll catch you later Alex." I said pulling my wrist free.
I know I was overreacting but I didn't care. I was on my period for God sakes I was allowed.
"Babe please. Wait. I'm sorry. I'll stop."
I turned to face him and he gave me an innocent smile. His dimple on display.
Stupid were wolf boy.
I couldn't help the smile that overtook my face at seeing his.
"Okay fine, whatever. But you need to make it up to me."
"Anything my love" he said getting down on one knee dramatically.
"Take me out tonight" I said fighting a smile.
"Your wish is my command." His said kissing my wrist and giving me a devilish smile.
Oh bad boy what am I going to do with you.
