Madam Giry
While I waited for Erik to arrive, I busied myself with taking out the supplies that he asked for. 3 pounds of porcelain, a dozen red roses, and a stack of sheet music that he could write his compositions on. As I bent down to pick up the papers, I noticed something odd, there was a letter a dressed to the new managers. I looked around and then picked it up. "Not for you, Madam."
I nearly shrieked as I came face to face with Erik. "Don't do that, Erik, you know how I hate surprises."
"I couldn't resist. Besides, you were touching my things."
I rolled my eyes at his response, then proceeded to hand him his supplies. " I suppose you talked with Christine about the Prima Donna audition?" He nodded, "To be correct, Elodie was the one who told her to audition, I only confirmed it." I laughed, that girl is going to get herself into so much trouble with her gambling." Erik smirked at my comment, "I also made a deal with her quite recently. "
I looked at him suspiciously, "Why would the Opera Ghost himself need help from a teenager with a gambling problem." He scoffed,
"Elodie will be helping me get Christine to fall in love with me." I looked at him, horrified,"Why would you do that?! She's like my daughter, why would you want her to love you?" Eric narrowed his eyes," Bescause I love Christine very much, and I would be quite happy to know that she feels the same." I stared at him, with a feeling of wonder and surprise, "Christine is already in love with the 'Angel of Music!"

" I know that, Antoinette! I want her to love me after I tell her I'm not an angel!"

"I would recommend that you try to fall out of love with her. Because if she falls for you, you know she will have a life shut out from the world. She is like my daughter, Erik, you cannot hurt her like that!" He stared at me with a sad expression on his face.
"Don't you know that if I could, I would? Christine has stolen my heart, and for better or for worse, she will be mine."
And with that he disappeared in a cloud of smoke.

Elodie
I hummed as I skipped to the bakery. Christine was warming up to the idea of becoming a Prima Donna. She tried to get me to audition, but I reminded her that I was a terrible singer. Even my humming right now was probably horribly out of tune. I laughed a little thinking of what it would be like if I were Prima Donna. Ha! People would hate my voice more than they hated Carlottas! Just as I was about to turn the corner to the bakery I heard a familiar voice.

"You know that it's dangerous for a girl to walk alone." I rolled my eyes, "It's more dangerous for those who come near than it is for I. Anyways, why are you stalking me today, Monsieur Opera Ghost?"

"I was just walking when I heard the most horrid noise, and I was going to go shut whoever was making it stop."

"And how were you going to do that?"

"I was planning on on scaring them, but clearly it was not necessary."

I snorted at his remark, "Well I'll keep that in mind when I hum. Goodbye!"

He snatched my arm,

"Not so fast, madamoiselle, I need to know what you want as payment."

I thought about it for a moment. What did I want? I could ask for an obscene amount of money, but I technically could get that whenever I wanted to from my father. But that could vanish at any given second. Now I knew want I needed.

" I want you to erase my father's history; at least all the bad parts. Oh, and get rid of Judge Alan Turpin ." Eric looked confused,

"Why would a ballet rat's father need help? And why must you get Judge Turpin killed?"

I glare at him,

" Judge Turpin killed my mother, and my father used to be a pirate, thank you! Now go do your job."
