It had been a week since the events with Solas transpired. Lavellan spent her mornings engaged in battle...that is, battle with superfluous morning sickness that had her leaning over buckets and chamber pots for hours on end. "Hey, boss. You wanna come join us in the hall? We're playing Wicked Grace. Cullen just lost his pants." Varric tempted. There was no response, only the sound of Inquisitor Lavellan retching into a small pot. "I'm going to take that as a no." Varric winced. Once Varric had left, Haylie proceeded to lean against the wall in defeat, letting out a long groan. She was miserable, she hated being cooped up indoors. She needed to get out. Suddenly Cole appeared. Cole had been marvellous, whenever Haylie needed anything, there he was. "Here." He said, holding out a small lemon. "What's this for?" Haylie asked. "The smell is sweet. It should help." Cole said.  And it did, to Haylie's surprise. "She does not do this to you intentionally." Cole explained. "Who? The-" Haylie started with wide eyes. "Yes. The child." Cole said plainly. "She? It's a girl?" Haylie asked with a smile. "Yes. Touched by the fade, she gives him false visions. He cannot see, he is blind to her." Cole replied, helping Haylie to stand. She suddenly felt much better upon hearing this. Suddenly Sera burst in, "Inky! What're you doing up here all alone? You're missing Cully-Wully's walk of shame!" Sera cackled. "Well, who can say? I didn't even realise I was alone just now." Haylie said with a smirk, realising Cole had disappeared. "Right. Well come on then!" Sera giggled as she scurried out the door. Haylie scurried down to the main hall, intending to spend the rest of the night huddled around the fireplace with her associates, and got quite the shock as she entered the room to find Cullen's butt disappearing off into the distance, a wave of hoots and hollers erupting as he passed. "Ugh." Cassandra exclaimed. "That is not a side I wished to see of our Commander." she said. "Well I for one quite enjoyed the view." Dorian mused. "Hey, would you look who's here!" Varric grinned. "Well I certainly wasn't about to miss that." Haylie laughed. "Come take a seat boss!" Varric said heartily. Cassandra set down next to Haylie and passed her a mug of spiced apple cider. "Why don't you tell us one of your stories Varric?" Haylie asked. "I've been thinking of writing one about you actually. This shit is weird: the Inquisitor Lavellan story." Varric teased. "Sounds...accurate." Haylie agreed. "That sounds an awful lot like a book I read on gastric discomfort." Said Dorian. "What are you twelve?" Varric asked. "On a scale of one to ten? Yes." Dorian smirked. Before Varric could reply to that Leliana burst in the hall. "I've news! An elf matching Solas's description has been sighted in Tevinter." She annnounced, out of breath. "What?" Cassandra asked. "What could he possibly be doing there?" Cassandra asked. "I am unsure, I've only heard word of it just now." Leliana breathed.  "Well if he's there that means he must not know the kid's still kicking...right?" Iron Bull asked. "Cole says she's blocking his view of her from the fade. If he knew I suspect he'd be back here shoving more poison down my throat." Haylie said with furrowed brows. "It can do that? Wait..did you say she?" Varric grinned. "Surprise?" Haylie grinned. "Truly?" Cassandra asked. "How do you know of this?"
"Well a little bird in a large hat may have mentioned it." Haylie joked. "A bird wearing a- oh. Ew." Sera said making a face. She wasn't too fond of Cole to say the least.  "Whatever they are, lets just hope they can end this madness." Varric said.
