Haylie's breath hitched and she froze, a mix of anger and fear swelling inside her. "You won't get away with this, you hurt me and everyone in this castle will scour the ends of Thedas to have your head on a pike!" She said through bared teeth. "After we're through here, no one will be left to come looking for you." The figure spat coldly. "What have you done?!" Haylie choked. A second figure emerged from the shadows, an elven woman. "Do you really think we would come alone?" She sneered. "Who are you?! Who do you work for? Tevinter? Orlais?!" Lavellan choked as her captor tightened his grip on her neck. "Don't worry, we won't hurt you...but we can't have any of your friends coming after you."The woman said nonchalantly, twirling her knife. "After we're done here, you and more importantly that thing cooking in your tum, are coming with us." She then reached down and touched the Inquisitor's stomach. "Ah, yes. So the rumors were true." She laughed. "We have big plans for you, little one."She cooed. "You won't touch her!" Haylie yelled, furious, she felt heat rising within her. And suddenly a faint glow emitted from her stomach, her captive suddenly loosed his grip on her as the ground began to shake beneath them. And just as the anger swelled inside her so much she thought she might scream, everything around her was suddenly thrown back in a display of blue fire. Shocked, Haylie looked around to find that all that remained of her captors was a pile of ash. "You..." Haylie breathed, clutching her tiny bump. "I have to find the others." Haylie panicked. She ran as fast as she could towards the main hall to find the castle in a state of chaos, flame and arrows flew across the room and the sound of clashing steel rang through the air. Leliana screamed from the corner.  A masked man held a knife to her throat, seeing her friend struggle this way sent another surge of anger through her, and before her eyes, he turned to the same ash as before. Suddenly, two large men grabbed at her arms attempting to restrain her, "Kill her!" The taller one commanded. Haylie screamed out in anger as they raised a knife to her stomach. And an explosion rang out that shook the very ground and sent everyone around her flying backwards and in the place of every enemy...nothing but the same piles of lightly smoking ash. Dizziness swept over Haylie as she toppled to her knees, exhausted. People around her began dusting off and picking themselves off the ground stunned by what had just happened, but Cullen was able to catch her before she collapsed entirely. "What in Andraste's name was that?" Cassandra gasped. "It was her." Cole said. "The wolf-child sees, she must protect the one who sought to protect her,  A beacon of light, of power. She can save us all, or she will become our undoing." He said softly. Cassandra wore a face of worry. "If this magic is the product of the child before it is even born, I cannot even imagine what they will become, they could be capable of anything." She said. "No not anything. Just most things." Cole said matter of factly. Haylie's eyes began to open, "They wanted the baby, do you have any idea who sent them here?" She asked weakly. "I haven't the slightest idea Inquisitor. Their armor wasn't anything I've seen before. Hired assassins from Solas?" Cullen guessed. "No, they wanted the baby for something else. Besides Solas doesn't need assassins. He's more powerful than all of them combined." Haylie replied. "I will find out who they are if it takes every scout I have, the only way anyone could've known is if someone within these grounds told them." Leliana said furrowing a brow. "Well. Whoever they are, they are going to regret starting a war with me." Haylie declared.
