Jesse was shocked. He never expected to find Aiden locked up in jail with him. "He came into the palace and starting screaming like a maniac. Thought it was best to throw him in here before he causes any trouble." Reginald explained.

"Now I'll be off." Reginald said and turned to leave. "Wait!" Reginald turned to face Jesse. "You've gotta believe me. The order has tricked the founder so that they can steal the Eversource for themselves!" Jesse tried to reason with him. "They're personal guests of the founder and, sure maybe I don't like them, but I'm probably just being paranoid." Reginald said. "You fool! They're trying to get her guard down and then swipe the Eversource!" Ivor added. "Let's say you make a good point, and I'm not saying you do, but hypothetically. Why would I, the captain of the guard, let you, a criminal, out of that cell?" Reginald questioned. "Because you know it's the right thing to do." Jesse stated.

Reginald looked at them and smiled. "Okay. What say I'm going to the pantry to get you prisoners some bread?" Reginald explained. "How long does that usually take?" Jesse asked. "About as long as it takes to get to the throne room from here." Reginald told him. He looked around him, and flipped the lever, releasing the prisoners. "Get to the throne room, and stop the Order of the Stone." Reginald then quickly ran off. "Nice work, Jesse! Now, onto the Eversource!" Ivor exclaimed. "Really? You still want to steal it? Don't you guys have enough treasures already?" Steve shot at Ivor. "I agree with Steve. Taking treasures just seems wrong." Jesse admitted. "You used to love treasure hunting! What's gotten into you, Jesse?" Ivor asked.

"A lot has happened in these last few days of my life, Ivor. Things that I never thought would happen. A few days ago, I thought Petra was one of my best friends, and then all of a sudden, she turns her back on me, just like that. She also said that she never liked me, and she managed to convince Axel and Olivia to join her. It seems in these last few days, I got to see everyone's true colors. And now, they're trying to rule the world as the new order." Jesse explained. "Aiden saw that as well." Steve said. "Speaking of Aiden, what should we do with him?" Jesse looked through the steel bars of Aiden's cell to see him sleeping soundly on the bed. "We should leave him here." Jesse said. "Why?" Steve asked. "If I wake him up, he'll immediately attack me even if I try to talk to him. And plus, if he's in there, then he's safe." Jesse told them. "Good point." Ivor said. The three left to the throne room.

The three snuck around the halls of the palace, avoiding guards as if they were plundering a museum. A certain voice made them stop and hide behind a wall. "Are Jesse and his friends locked up good?" It was Axel. "Yup. Reginald's looking after them. I wouldn't worry, he's the captain. He can handle them." A guard told Axel. "Okay. But I'll check on them just in case." Axel said and took off in the direction they came from. "We have to get to the throne room quickly!" Ivor whisper-shouted. "We would've been there already if you didn't stop to look at that cake!" Steve argued. "Oh come on! Even you have to admit it looked delicious!" Ivor said. "Guys stop. The guard's gone we can go through those doors." Jesse pointed and they went through the doors that led them into the throne room.

"Well, we made it back to the throne room." Steve said. "Keep your voice down! We might not be alone in here." Ivor said as he closed the doors. "Doesn't seem like there's anyone else in here." Just as Steve said that, a figure appeared behind Steve and knocked him down to the ground. "Hey!" Jesse ran straight at the person, when someone stepped in the middle. "Jesse stop!" The person stood in front of Jesse. "Lukas?" Jesse said in disbelief. "I can't believe I found you guys!" Lukas exclaimed. Steve stood up and rubbed the back of his head. "I am terribly sorry about that." Milo apologized. "Is Darryl still with you?" Steve asked him. As if on cue, Steve heard barking from behind and saw Darryl dashing toward him and jumped into his arms.

"Hello again, Jesse." Milo greeted. "You're that innkeeper guy!" Jesse said. "That is my day job." Milo confirmed. "What are you doing here anyway? I don't see any inns that need keeping!" Ivor asked him. "In actuality, I am the leader of a group that wants the same thing you do." Milo explained. "He's the leader of a rebellion." Lukas told Jesse, and Ivor rolled his eyes. "In short, my people want to free the Eversource from the founder's clutches, so that everyone may use it. If Petra and her gang steal the Eversource, we'll be trading one tyrant for another and I won't allow that." Milo said. Steve sat Darryl on the floor. "Axel is already making his way to our prison cells. We have to move quickly." Steve pointed out. "Milo, I'm happy to have you on board." Jesse said with a smile. "Very pleased to be involved." Milo smiled back.

Jesse walked next to Lukas, who was observing the minecart tracks. "So how did you find us?" Jesse asked Lukas. "It's a long story. After I took Gabriel back to his temple, I came back to the old temple and went through the portal. I walked across the bridge and maneuvered around a crowd of people and hid inside the inn. I went in and found Darryl and Milo. I told him who I was and asked him where you guys were. He said you were in prison but he knew how to get in so he agreed to help Darryl and I." Lukas told him the story. "How's Gabriel doing? Jesse asked, concern in his voice. "He's doing fine. He told me that he'll come join us when he fully recovers." Lukas said. "Good." Jesse sighed in relief.

"There was a door here with a minecart. We just have to find a way to open it." Jesse told Lukas. "Like a lever. If you could find one of those, we'll have that secret door open in a snap!" Ivor exclaimed. "Oh, and Jesse? Thank you for getting arrested with me. No one's ever done anything like that for me before." Ivor thanked him. "You're welcome, Ivo-" "Now go away!" Ivor cut him off. "All of this "opening up" is making me grossly uncomfortable." Ivor turned his back and walked away. "Classic Ivor." Lukas smiled. Jesse wandered around the throne room, trying to find the materials necessary to craft a lever. He even found a book written by Soren, which puzzled him. Once he made the lever, he placed it next to the tracks and flipped the switch. A passage opened up and five minecarts came out. They all got on their minecarts and it took them down to wherever it was taking them.

Petra and Olivia were chilling inside of a house that the founder built. Olivia was reading a book about redstone while Petra was lying on her bed whistling. All of a sudden, Axel barged in the house, enraged. "Axel, what's wrong?" Olivia asked. "Jesse escaped prison!" Axel said in between breaths, he was tired from running. This caused Petra to stop whistling and jumped out of her bed. "Axel, this better not be a joke!" Petra shot at him. "It's true!" Axel said, backing up slightly. Petra clenched her fists in anger. "Damn him!" Petra yelled in frustration. "Want me to take you there?" Axel asked her. "Yes let's go. You're coming to, Olivia." Petra said. "Of course I am." Olivia closed her book and joined them.

When they got there, they saw that Jesse's cell was indeed empty. "How did they get out?" Petra wondered. "He must have convinced the guard to let him out." Axel assumed. Petra looked like she was ready to explode. "We'll just have to find him!" Petra bursted. Olivia nodded and glared at Axel. "It seems Jesse's cell isn't the only one that's empty." Olivia said and pointed at Aiden's cell. Aiden too, was gone.

Okay. I might as well end off every chapter with Aiden at this point. I had to close this chapter off because I realized I was at 1400 words which might be too much for a chapter. As always, stay tuned for chapter 13!
