*Minutes later*

"Babe, let's go now?" she asked.

"Ok baby. Let's go." he answered.

They got up, Jace wrapped his arm around Clary's waist and both left the house.

They entered his car and he drove until the beach, as they arrived Jace parked the car, they left the car, Jace picked the towels from the back seat and they walked to the beach.

"You know I can take my own towel babe." she joked.

"I know, but I'll take our towels anyway." he spoke kissing the top of her head.

"You're such a gentleman babe." she said.

"Just for you baby." he replied.

"I love you." she told.

"I love you too baby." he spoke.

"Let's put the towels so we can lay down." she said.

Jace handed her the towel and she held it on the sand while Jace did the same.

Clary took off her leggings and her top while Jace took of his t-shirt and both laid down looking up at the bright blue the sky and chatting.

"Let's go for a swim baby." Jace spoke.

"Okay." she replied.

They got up and Jace tangled their hands and they walked to the sea.

"The water it's colder then the last time." she told stopping but Jace picked her in bridal style "Hey! Put me down! Don't throw me in the water again or I'll stay mad at you forever."

"I won't throw you, dont worry baby. And, by the way, no you won't. I know you and I know you can't stay mad at me for more then an hour, just like I can't be mad at you either." Jace spoke kissing her.

"You know me so well." she spoke kissing him again while he walked with her in his arms.

"I know. I need to otherwise I wouldn't know how to keep my baby happy." he said.

"I love you, you're the best." she told and a big warm smile was drawn in her lips.

"I love you too." he spoke.

"You can put me down now." she said and he did so.

He wrapped his arm around her waist, the water was at the level of his waist and Clary was shivering from the cold water.

"You want to go back to the towel Clary?" he asked concerned.

"No babe I'm okay." she answered.

"Baby, you're shivering." he said

"It's just for now, let's just dive that I stop being cold." Clary replied.

"If you say so. But promise me we will head back to the towels if you still shivering." he spoke concerned.

"Alright, I promise." she promised "You're so overprotective."

"I just don't want you to be sick baby." he said kissing the top of her head.

"I know, I know. But I can take care of myself. Not that I mind having you taking care of me, of course I don't mind, but you don't have to be that protective." Clary spoke standing now in front of him wrapping her arms around his neck standing on her tip toes.

"I know you can, but you aren't exactly a girl who is really carefully about yourself. You do many dangerous things and that let's me worried." he explained.
