"Dan Dan Dan! Look I drew a photo of us with dinosaurs!" Phil lifts up a piece of paper, a drawing of him and his dear evil friend.

"Alright! Great job, sunshine! I love this!" Dan takes the picture, quickly hugging Phil before the guards could say anything.

"I'll be sure to keep it forever," he pats Phil's back, allowing Phil to go back to his checkers game.

"Is Phil the only person you're nice too?" I question Dan as he stares in awe at the older mans drawing.

"Yeah, he's my best friend. He's stronger, and smarter than what most people think. I believe in him, and he believes in me," Dan actually smiles.

I smile back at his reaction, thinking about how adorable his true smile is.

"What?" His smile fades.

"Nothing, it's just... You should smile more, a smile looks good on you," I say bravely.

His lips tug into a smirk, "thanks Arabella."

I fake gasp, "Patient Howell, what a surprise! No sexual remarks? Not a rude word but, a simple thank you? What a shocker!"

"Watch it," he says, a deep voice growing.

"Fine," I lift my hands up in defeat.

"Bella!" Dan and I soon get interrupted by a call.

"Hey Jill," I give a small wave at my friendly coworker.

"Can I talk to you privately?" She says under her breath only allowing me to hear.

"Are you sure that now is a good time? I should really be looking over patient Howell-"

"Urgent," she pulls me out of the room, into the hall way.

"What the hell?!" I pull my arm away from her.

"I know about your plan with Dan," she speaks out of breath.

"W-What? I don't know what you're talking about," I stutter.

"Don't act stupid with me, I heard him talking to Phil about it earlier. Prior to that I heard Dan talking to you on the phone yesterday," she says seriously.

My lips slightly part, too in shock to say anything.

I finally get the chance to speak, "How could you possibly know that? He talks to himself a lot, you know?"

"Since you took off yesterday, Ms Grundy didn't like the fact the guards were watching over him. She said we needed another nurse to fill in for you that day, I was that nurse. Before I entered his cell to give him his medicine, I heard him say goodnight to you. I thought you were here, or he was just hallucinating, until I saw a tiny phone tucked under his pillow. I quickly pretended I didn't know anything until he talked to Phil about his plan," she finishes her story.
