*ANOTHER UPDATE WILL BE UP IMMEDIATELY AFTER THIS :)*
Brooklyn’s POV
I flopped down on my 300-thread comforter, letting out a super loud groan.
“Girl!! You need to relax!” Perrie laughed as she rubbed my back affectionately.
Perrie was probably the closest to me out of the band. She was very similar to me. We both were sweet, but had a kind of secret edgy side. We both kind of played it off as little naïve girls, but if someone messed with us… you’re dead.
I heard the familiar beep that comes from a key sliding into the hotel room door.
“WE’RE HEREE!” All the girlfriends came in, smiling.
They were all dressed in super-short dresses and high heels.
“Why are you so dressed?” I giggled.
“CLUBBING!!!” They all threw their hands in the air.
Oh CRAP.
Abby laid down on the ground, belly-down.
“GRIND ON MEEEE!!” She screamed breathlessly.
She flopped like a seal, and everyone’s faces turned red with laughter, tears rolling down our cheeks.
“Annnyyyyywaaaayyyy…” Eleanor rubbed her eyes “LEGGO SHAWTY.” She snapped her fingers, trying to be ghetto.
“You’re so freaking white.” Danielle shook her head.
I smiled nervously as I felt the sweat flood my palms.
Here goes nothing…
~
“COME ON! WHAT DO YOU MEAN YOU DON’T DRINK?!” Eleanor laughed.
I shrugged nervously.
“I just really don’t like it. Alcohol is gross to me.” I lied straight through my gritted teeth.
I have a really bad past with alcohol.
When I was around 14, my mother wouldn’t have enough money to pay for any drinks that weren’t any type of alcohol, so I was stuck with beer and champagne. It’s sad that I realized I had a drinking problem when I was 14.
I smiled and shook my head when they offered me some.
“COME ON! FOR USSS?!” Danielle slurred, beyond drunk.
I sighed. Surely I couldn’t still have a problem that I had a long time ago.
“2 shots of Tequila please.” I rolled my eyes.
“YEA-YUH!” They all screamed.
I downed the 2 tiny glasses of poisonous addiction before I even noticed I had.
As soon as I felt it sting my throat, I had an absurd craving for more.
I ordered a few more in under 5 seconds. That’s also about how long it took me to drink them all. Immediately, I felt 10 thousand times more relieved and stress-less than before. I smiled all night and laughed and danced.
That’s all I remembered.
Perrie’s POV
I was the only girl not wasted tonight. Hey, someone needed a driver tonight. The girls were making complete fools of themselves, and it was the funniest thing ever.
Eleanor was howling the wrong lyrics to a song, Abby was awkwardly dancing, and Danielle was slipping as she “twerked”
I don’t know why I agreed to come tonight, I was tired and bored. I know that Brooke doesn’t drink because of her problem, but I couldn’t find her at all. I was the only one she has ever told about her problem, so im praying one of the other girls didn’t sucker her into drinking.
Lets see… she was wearing a royal blue dress with seq- oh crap.
This can’t be real.
She was making out with a guy with huge muscles and deep brown hair.
More like he was making out with her. She was attempting so hard to push him off of her.
“STOP! PLEASE!!” She cried.
Brooklyn’s POV
Even though I was beyond drunk, I still had control over myself.
I pulled away forcivelly, and he looked at me with slits for eyes.
“What did you say?” He growled, pulling me in by my bum.
“I believe she said stop.”Perrie gritted her teeth.
“And I bet you she’d be happy if you got your nasty little hands off of her body.” She pulled me in, protecting me.
The man slapped Perrie. “Are you like a lesbian or something? Everyone is attracted to me…”
“Don’t get your hopes up.” She spat.
The man grabbed a nearby beer bottle, smashing it on my head, the stench of beer flowing down my entire body, and blood from the glass.
Perrie went up to him and punched him in the face and kicked him in the nuts.
That taught him.
“Brooke?!” I turned around to see my boyfriend, mouth agape.

1 Samuel 16:7- God looks at your Heart
But the LORD said to Samuel, "Do not look at his appearance or at the height of his stature, because I have rejected him; for God sees not as man sees, for man looks at the outward appearance, but the LORD looks at the heart."
