8. Spa Day

Your POV

I got dressed in a f/c dress that would be easy to take on and off and put some slip on s/f/c shoes on. I left my hair down since it was going to get wet anyway and I went to the well to meet Lucinda.

I waited for a while and soon she appeared. She led me down to the ruins of the village and then we approached her house. A red portal was beside it, and it reminded me of the a Nether portal. She told me to go through and when I did, I ended up in some kind of tree. I followed Lucinda to a small settlement on the coast, where we met up with Aphmau, Katelyn, and the werewolf girl, Leona. We hiked up a mountain and found a steaming hot spring in the side.

We undressed and wrapped ourselves in towels. Leona and I jumped in excitedly, while Lucinda got in more carefully, holding her hair up so it wouldn't get wet yet. Aphmau and Katelyn had mischievous grins on their faces as the approached. The suddenly jumped in, spraying water all over Lucinda. "MY HAIR!!" Lucinda yelled. Leona and I were laughing, and so were Aphmau and Katelyn. Eventually we calmed down and we each chose a small spot to sit.

"So, Aphmau, who do you liiiiiike?" Lucinda said. Aphmau blinked. "Uh, I don't like anybody right now. I'm too busy for love." Lucinda rolled her eyes. "That's what you said 15 years ago, sweetie." She said. Katelyn nodded. "For once I agree with Lucinda."

Aphmau looked like she didn't like how this conversation was going. "W-Well, Lucinda, who do YOU like?" She said, trying to turn the tables on Lucinda.

Lucinda's face flushed, then it disappeared. "Okay, fine. You're going to nag me anyway. I...Don't you think Travis is the handsomest thing ever made?"

Aphmau and Katelyn groaned, while Leona face-palmed. I had seen Travis from a distance, and I had to agree with them. "Lucinda, you're nuts if you're in love with him," Katelyn said. "He's a pervert."

"A hunk of a pervert," Lucinda replied dreamily. "Well, Katelyn, if you disagree with my favor of Travis, who do you like?"

Katelyn looked furious, but she didn't yell at Lucinda. "Unlike Aphmau, I have a good excuse," she said. "Oh, and what's that?" Lucinda asked snarkily. "I have no interest in love," Katelyn replied plainly.

Lucinda raised an eyebrow. "Oh really? I've seen the way you look at Vylad sometimes, Katelyn. Just admit it, you like him!" Katelyn blushed. "I-I don't love him!" She stammered. "Yeah you do," Aphmau chimed in. "Remember how you fell on him on our way to Narhak--" she was cut off by Katelyn surging out of the pool and throwing steaming water on Aphmau. "SHUT UP!!" She roared. "Okay, okay," Aphmau said.

Katelyn settled down and crossed her arms. "Okay, I might like him. I'm not sure though. It's just....his eyes...they're like emeralds. It's so easy to get lost in them."

"That's exactly how Travis's eyes are," Lucinda said dreamily, and we all threw water on her. "H-Hey!" She sputtered. "I'm making a point!"

Leona smirked. "Look at you guys, auguring over boys. At least I have nothing to worry about." Aphmau raised an eyebrow. "Oh really? What about Yip? You seem to be spending quite a lot of time with him." Leona's face flushed. "W-What do you mean? I don't like him! He's horrible!"

"Excuses, excuses, " Lucinda said. "Now, Y/n, are you interested in anyone in Phoenix Drop?" Katelyn rolled her eyes. "Lucinda, she just got here a Few days ago. Of course she wouldn't of picked up anyone."

I thought for a moment before answering. "Well...I think I might...I think I might like Jeffory."

"JEFFORY?!" Aphmau, Katelyn, and Lucinda exploded. Leona looked really confused. "Who-" she started, but was cut off by Lucinda.

"YOURE IN LOVE WITH THE MAN THAT ALMOST KILLED MY FATHER?!" She shouted. I winced. "He almost--" I began to ask, but was cut off again. "Y/n, why would you be in love with him?" Katelyn asked, not mad but more curious. "You literally just met him!"

I twirled a strand of hair In my fingers awkwardly. "Weeeeeell....he miiiiiight of already kissed me...."

"HE ALREADY KISSED YOU!?!" Everyone but Leona shouted.

Aphmau was fangirling, Katelyn was staring at me, and Lucinda was fuming. Then Lucinda tossed her hair and turned to Aphmau. "Aphmau, you better tell me who you like," she said. Aphmau laughed nervously and slipped out of the pool. "You know, I'm gonna go ahead and dry off--AHHH!!"

I poked my head over the side to see Garroth, Laurance, Travis, and Dante hiding in the bushes. "WE'VE BEEN SPOTTED BOYS!!" Travis yelled. "You have GOT to be kidding me!!" Katelyn roared. Lucinda pulled herself out of the pool and grabbed her staff.

"Stand back girls!" She yelled. Then she blasted the boys with a beam of light.

A/n: Hope you guys LIEK!! I'm planning a few Star Wars references in the next chapter, so keep a lookout!! Also I got surgery today AND EVERYTHING HURTS BLEH I have a bunch of stitches in my mouth and ITS SO WEIRD XD
