Jacobs POV
Tanner and I are walking back from the ice machine to the hotel room. I'm still in shock from what Tanner and I talked about. I'm happy, really happy, and I need to talk to her about it.
I didn't grab a room key and of course Mr. Smartiepants over here didn't either. I hope Lila and Caroline didn't fall asleep.
We approach the room and I knock on the door.
*knock knock*
Laila opens the door but it looks as if she has been crying. Before i can take one step in the room Laila runs into my arms and gives me a tight hug. It's takes me by surprise but I catch her and hold her. She wraps her legs around my waist and just sits there in my arms.
I dont mind, I actually like this but I wonder what made her do it.
Tanner takes the ice inside and goes and sits by Caroline. I can hear them whispering and smiling and pointing at us but I can't hear what they are saying.
I walk in the room and shut the door behind me , Laila still holding on to me.
I set her on our bed and she just smiles, no tears, no laughs , just smiles.
I look at Caroline and Tanner in confusion, then Caroline comes up to me , " I guess you and Tanner had the same conversation that Laila and I had" she says rubbing my shoulder.
Did Laila get that feeling too? Did she talk to Caroline about it? Does she love me?
" Laila can I talk to you, alone" I ask saying the last part facing Caroline and Tanner. They get the hint and leave the room. As they shut the door Caroline winks at me and just giggles. Ok then?
I sit back next to Laila and she sits on my lap so he is eye level with me.
" umm..so..this might be wired if you say no , but...did you get this feeling today, like stronger than before? A good feeling , yet I can't describe it. All I know is that I only feel it with you. " I say.
She plasters a huge grin on her face, " yes, I feel it too. I've felt it here and there with you before , but today is was all there, the whole time. When we kissed, when you helped me on the boat, even when you just looked me in the eye, I felt it. " Laila says. I'm relieved, but does she know what it is.
I was about to ask her if she knew what that meant, the love, but before I could speak she said this, " Jacob, I'm in love with you". Yup, she knows, and I couldn't be happier.
" Laila, I'm in love with you too" I say. " I've always felt that I've loved you but that was just because I had strong feeling for you, now we know, and now I'm happy" I say.
" I'm happy too" she says giggling through her tears of joy. I take one last look in her eyes before kissing her. Her soft lips meet mine and there's that feeling again, the feeling that I never want to end.
She pushed my back to the headboard of the bed. She is on top of me and starts kissing me harder. I slide my tounge in her parted lips and she smiles. My hands rest on her hips and one of her hands cups my cheeks while the other is in my hair. Every time we kiss at least on of her hands is in my hair. She tugs on it slightly causing me to moan a little.
I slide my hands further up her torso and I stop at the rim of her sports bra. I don't want to take it too far because we are only almost 15 and I'm not ready.
She tugs of my shirt lightly so I quickly take it off only breaking the kiss for a moment to get it over my head.
The hand that was on my cheek is now on my stomach caressing my abs.
Still kissing she stars to kiss down my jaw line. She stops at my neck and takes off her shirt leaving her in a Nike sports bra. It's kind of normal to see her like this because I've seen her like this a lot before.
My hands stroke her sides and I can tell she enjoys that.
While she is distracted I flip us over so I'm on top. I run my fingers through her soft hair, still getting that feeling, the feeling of love.
I kiss down her neck trying not to stay in one spot for too long so she doesn't have like 10 hickies.
" Jacob.."' I hear Laila whisper.
I look back up into her eyes, she grabs my cheeks and kissed my lips again, I guess she likes this better.
I want to keep kissing her but I just remembered Caroline and Tanner are waiting somewhere in the hotel and I don't want them to be suspicious.
I loose my thought when I hear a knock on the door. I look to my left at the bed side table and see that they left the room keys. I look back at Laila and she nods her head saying it's ok to let them in instead of ignore them. Before I can completely get off from on top of her she yanks me down and plants one last kid on my lips.
I stand up and see that my hair is a mess , my shirt is in the floor, and there is a hickey on my neck. I quickly throw on a sweatshirt hoping it covered it. Laila climbs under the covers to hide that she is shirtless and I put our shirts in my suitcase. I hear the knock again and I yell " coming!"
I open the door to see Caroline and Tanner smirking at me.
" wow, someone's love struck!" Tanner says walking past me. Caroline walks over to Laila and whispers something in her ear, she looks back at Caroline and giggles, and nods her head no.
What did Tanner mean by " love struck"? I walked in the bathroom and looked in the mirror. My cheeks were redder than usual, my eyes were dilated, a lot, you could see my hicky from inside my sweatshirt, and ...oh shit...a slight bulge in my pants. Crap. Well, there's a first time for everything. Idk what to do about that since it's never happened , I'll just forget about it.
Tanners walks back up to me and whispers " did you two d-" I cut him off with an annoyed sounding " no!" Knowing what he was asking.
" bro were almost 15, I'm not that stupid. " I said to Tanner. He just smirks and raised his hands in surrender saying " okay okay , chill, I was just making sure ".
Caroline walked and lays down in her bed next to Tanner. I do the same with Laila but first I take off my sweatshirt, reveling my hicky. I didn't care, they already saw it.
I lay down next to Laila and wrap my arms around her. I look over her shoulder I kiss her cheek good night and noticed 2 hickies on her neck, good job bone head, you gave her one too.
She turns so she is facing me and says.
" Caroline asked if we you kn-" I cut her off knowing what she was going to say.
" ya Tanner asked me too" I say giggling.
She kisses me on the lips and says
" good night my prince, I love you, and now I know" with that she closed her eyes. I whispered back, " I love you too princess, and I'm glad I know". I closed my eyes soon after and fell asleep, as happy as ever knowing I'm in love with my best friend. I'll never stop loving her. Not now, not yet, not ever, I will love her forever.
AN: so sorry that was a shirt chapter. I'm going to make another chapter today and that will be continuing there adventure. I just wanted to do this for Laila and Jacob just to make the story better. Comment if you liked this! Happy readings !
