Chapter 7: We are Exo!

Kyungsoo's POV-

We were ready to go on. It's the first day so the bands are only introducing themselves and playing games with the audience- which lifted a brick off my chest since I really didn't want to sing. Although sometimes Chen or Baekhyun ( usually Baek) starts singing acapella and we have to harmonize. I hate being on the spot like that but the fans freak out so what's why he does it I guess.
" You ready?" I turn around to see Suho say.
We all nodded and put our hands in a circle to yell "E!" "X!" "O!" It's our little ritual before a show. It's kind of nice to have something like that. We waited by the stage door as we heard the announcer welcome our name to the stage. Cheers and screams followed. We walked out and waved to the cheering crowd before and the shaking light sticks.
" Hello everyone we are Exo! Suho said. The crowd cheered louder. Thank you all for being here! We're gonna have lots of fun! Let's go down the line and introduce ourselves.
Sehun started and the all 9 of us said our name and a thank you for coming.
" Welcome to Kcon New York 2016!" We all cheered. The crowd rumbled.
" Could we play a game with you guys?" Chanyeol asked the fans.
" Yeesssss!!" We heard.
" Let's share some of the members secrets!" Chanyeol continued.
What the hell is he doing.
" What?" Xiumin spoke out. " I hope you guys know this wasn't planned."
The crowed cheered as we glared at Chanyeol for making this up on the spot.
" Let's start with Suho and go down." Chanyeol suggested.
" Um...ok." Suho laughed.
" He yells a lot!" Sehun said from the other side of the line. That got some laughs.
"We call him Grandpa Suho because he never gets out of bed and is always yelling at us to go to bed at like 7 o' clock." He continued.
We laughed.
" That's actually true." Chen said cracking up.
" Sehun maybe that's why you say " Shawty I'm a party till the sun down" and not " sun up." Baekhyun remarked.
Ok I have to admit that was funny.
" Aye that makes sense!" Chanyeol exclaimed.
" Alright alright. " Suho was embarrassed.
" See, he's trying to calm us down." Sehun said. The crowd bursted out laughing again.
"Ok ok who's next?" Chanyeol said still giggling.
" Xiumin!" The crowd cheered.
" Can we talk about his wolf blanket obsession. " Chen said. " He brings his wolf blanket on every tour along with his two favorite stuffed animals."
" Well Chen sings in the shower. " Xiumin bit back.
" Yes it's so loud!" Kai started.
" Is it really that loud?" Chen asked.
" Yes very!" We all said. Chen blushed.
" Whenever I'm getting food in the kitchen I'm always accompanied by Chens voice. " Kai continued.
" Lays turn!" Chanyeol changed the subject.
" Oh no." Lay whispered into his mic loud enough for the audience to hear.
    " He's very OCD." Suho remarked.
" Yes like his closet HAS to be neat." Chen said. " It's all in rows."
    " He gets very paranoid when we borrow something of his." I said trying to add a few words to the conversation.
    " Oh yes like that time I borrowed some of his shoes and I was hanging out with Kai watching a movie and Lay came in freaking out, knelt down and grabbed them off my feet." Sehun said making Kai laugh too. " I remember that." Lay blushed.
    " Baekhyun's up!" Chanyeol nudged him. Many girls screamed.
" He's too much for us. " Kai said.
    " He tries to be perfect. Xiumin added.  Like he has to work out alone because he feels intimidated by the other more buff members. Especially Lay."
    " Chanyeol tries to draw on us when he's bored." Baekhyun said before he could get anymore embarrassed.
    " What?!"
" Yes you drew this on me last night." Baekhyun lifted up his sleeve (which made the crowd scream very loudly) and showed his bicep which had a questionable design of a rainbow in a sky.
    " Well everyone has their thing." Lay remarked.
" I got something for D.O." Kai said.
   Oh shit what. That guy knows everything. I'm not prepared. I glared at him.
" He can't work a machine outside of Korea. He can't work a hot water maker and not even an AC."
    The group and crowd laughed. That feeling again. Hearing him talk about me like that. It came back. My stomach turned.
    " O-oh-oh yeah huh?" I stuttered. " So your Mr. Perfect?" I asked him having no idea where I was going with this.
    " I can work an AC in many countries." He said.
" Well Kai here will be found sleeping in the most odd places. One time we found him on the kitchen counter which was very startling to find in the morning."
    I could see Kai blushing but he was smiling so big and it made me smile too.

    We bashed Sehun and asked the audience a few questions before leaving the stage. I actually really enjoyed myself. It was fun to see the fans react to our stories about each other. I was ready to go back to the hotel though. We got backstage and started to pack up our things. I found myself starting to wonder around backstage looking at the pictures and posters of artists that's performed here before. I heard some laughs down the hallway. I had to pee anyway and the bathrooms were in that direction so I decided to walk down that way. The laughs seemed closer. I heard voices now. It came from a room I was about to pass.
    I peeked my head into see who was in there. I couldn't believe what I saw. They didn't see me so I went back into the hallway. Did I just? No. Chanyeol and Baek? They kissed so passionately. I could tell something strong was going on. But- what? When did this happen? Why didn't they tell the rest of the group? Do they not trust us? I didn't know what to feel. Do I tell the other members? No. I need to go back to the rest of the group and get this out of my mind although that'll be impossible.
