Chapter 2: pillow fights

    Kyungsoo's POV-

    When we got back to the hotel my stomach felt like a black hole. Ready to consume anything. I was so hungry and so were the other members. As soon as I get to my hotel room I plan to order a feast through room service. I barely ate all day. Whenever we are staying in hotels we always share a room with the people we dorm with. So I'm always with Kai. He's a great friend and I think of him like a brother.
I met up with Kai who got our room key and we stepped on the elevator crammed in with all nine of us. I hate elevators. They're awkward. Even with all my boys. Chanyeol breaks the silence.
" Shit- who farted?" There were some soft giggles. Chen cleared his throat.
" Suho. " He said under his breath. We all bursted out laughing until we heard the ding of the elevator reaching the 5th floor. Not being able to wait five seconds, I grabbed the room key out of Kai's hand and darted out of the elevator almost knocking Baekhyun down.
Finally. I reached it. Room 523. I opened it to see two beds which in my eyes looked like golden goddesses. I threw all my bags on the ground and did a belly flop on one of the beds. It felt like a cloud and I never wanted to move. Ever. Not for anything at all. I heard Kai enter the room.
" Dang looks like your claiming that bed. " Kai said setting his stuff down. I nodded.
" Can I order us something to eat?" He asked flopping himself on the other bed with the room service menu.
" Yes, yes!" I said excited. He read my mind. I couldn't wait to shove something in my mouth.
" Hey they have spaghetti. " He knew that was my favorite food. I nodded and smiled wide at the thought of the saucy tasty noodles.
" I'll make the call." Kai said reaching for the hotel phone. Everything was slowly starting to set in place. Spaghetti was on its way and a good nights sleep was just ahead of me.

I awoke to silence in the hotel room. The clock read 10:16 am. I turned over to see Kai still sound asleep on the bed next to me. I was happy we didn't have to perform today. I wasn't really interested in hanging out with the members at the moment. I kind of wanted to be alone and work on preparing my voice for Kcon tomorrow. I wanted everything to go perfectly. I decided to get out of bed and try to work the hot water maker so I can make tea. It seems easy enough. I poured some of the water from one of the provided water bottles the hotel had in the water heater. I pressed the power button hoping there wasn't another step I had to do, but before I could think twice hot water started pouring out of the bottom.
" Agh!" I yelled surprised as the hot liquid spilled down my bare feet. I stared at the mess I made watching the water start to soak into the carpet. I went to the bathroom to get towels, and when I got back into the main room Kai was awake.
" Sorry for waking you. " I said bending down to clean up my mess.
" It's okay. " Kai said yawning. " What time is it?"
I looked at the clock. " 10:28."
" Ugh I hate being Jetlag!" Kai said falling back in bed throwing a pillow on his face.
" Come here." He said face in the pillow.
I walked over having no idea what he wanted. " Yes? What do you want?" I asked. Then surprising me he threw the pillow on my face. I must've made a funny face because he started cracking up. I didn't know what could be so funny. I rolled my eyes. There was something about Kai's laugh that was so addicting to hear. It was so odd and funny and just hearing it made me want to laugh too. So I threw the pillow back at him then he grabbed another pillow and hit me again. We did this probably for about five minutes straight. I laughed a lot. I haven't laughed like this in a while. It actually felt really nice.
