Hey there readers, so this is my second book, and God, I'm so excited! I just wanted to say that, writing does not have age limits. Sometimes, writing can be the only friend in your life, and it's important to vent out all your feelings!
Anyways, a few months ago, I watched the movie Adam which was casted by Hugh Dancy and Rose Byrne. First I thought it would be another love story, but I watched it anyways. But it wasn't long before the insights from the movie started becoming clear to me. Adam, the protagonist of the story who is suffering from Asperger's Syndrome, struggles to gain control of his social skills. When he's been asked to leave his job, it nearly kills him. But soon he befriends his neighbour, and starts to develop a special bond with her. He doesn't understand love at first, but then he starts to feel it. It unfortunately doesn't work out, but he learns the most important thing in his life. He finally fathoms that he is different and he understands that he has to live with it.
I was really touched by this movie! So I decided to write a piece related to it! But I've changed quite a few things. For instance, the story will be from the perspective of two teenagers, one who is different but can't fathom the very truth of it, and one who is normal yet understands how it feels to be different. It will also highlight on the struggles faced by this protagonist. God, I'm spilling out everything!
So go ahead and read it y'all! Feedback is accepted, and please let me know how it is and also what are the mistakes. And yes, do vote for it if you like it! Thank you! :')
