Katie and Jayden pulled Belle over to the side so they had privacy while they lead the group back to their base. “Have you lost your mind?” Jayden yelled but with a hushed tone so the group wouldn’t hear them, “Taking seven people to our camp! Do you want the whole city knowing where we are?” Jayden was fuming, Katie stepped in, “Seriously, wasn’t a great idea.” Belle stepped back and flailed her arms in the air, “I'm sorry for trying to help a family find their son!” she whisper screamed. Katie widened her eyes, “He’s their son?” Belle rolled her eyes and crossed her arms, “well, no, but the couple with the tattoos, the guy back at our tree, he lives with them and works with them and is basically their older son. He is a brother to the little girl, Millie.” Belle retorted, Jayden looked quite confused as to why she knew so much about the group, “Do you know these people, is this why you ran off with the other two before?” Belle realised that her friends didn’t know about Rooster Teeth or Achievement Hunter, ‘Oh my god, how could I be so dumb, they have no clue who these people are. Stupid, stupid, stupid.’ “Oh for f**** sake, you guys, dammit, these people, all of these people, are popular online and in the gaming community. Like, super recognisable, Jay, you know that Red versus Blue show you used to watch?” Belle directed the last bit towards the boy standing in front of her, “Yeah, I think, was it the one with the Spanish robot?” “Yeah, that one, you know the soldier with the orange armour called Grif, that’s the guy with the tattoos all down his arm.” Belle was shaking Jayden by the shoulders. “He voiced the orange dude. I. Know. These. People.” She said with each shake, Katie had since lost attention and did not care at this point. Bored by the whole situation, she took out a knife and viscously flung it into a tree ahead of the people walking into the forest, “S***! What the hell?” sounded up ahead from Ray. Belle laughed, “c’mon, they’re gonna get lost if we don’t take them back home,” Jayden rolled his eyes at his friend, noticing the way her messy brown hair made her bright blue eyes sparkle in the sunlight. ‘Hold on there Jayden, don’t you dare notice the way her eyes glimmer in the light and the individual freckles on her perfect nose. Goddammit, you're not falling for her again, I won’t let you asshole. Do you even remember how it ended last time?’
