Actions Speak Louder Than Words

We might need to acknowledge the fact that we are quite selfish.

We tell people that they should not hate themselves, but we do it anyway.
We tell people that they shouldn't be insecure about themselves, that they are beautiful just the way that they are inside out, but do we actually believe this about ourselves ?

It is easy to tell, but the doing of what has been said is hard.

Like it is often said, "how can you truly love someone if you do not love yourself ? How will you know what true love really is?"

We should listen to ourselves and act on ourselves first.
When that is done, we will truly understand and know what type of hardship is being asked by us upon others.

But as previously mentioned, we say things more than we do them
This applies to me too. But as from now, I try little by little to act and become a better person.
It is hard, difficult, but it is worth it.

This society is like naturally curly hair which is badly tangled. It is horribly hard to straighten and brush, but with enough effort and willpower, it can be done.

However, humans are better at judging and brainwashing other humans than actually doing the things they are asking others to do.

So, for once, let's act first, and speak later.
