Some Words of Mine on 'Love'

Though I know what many of you may be thinking ; what does a young girl truly know about Love?
This humongous word used in so many ways, from describing a passion for something to a strong and unique feeling little of us know about.
Everyone sees love in their own way, but usually, it is in a good one.
For me though, love is an evil little creation.
To me, love is like a mastermind ;
It lures you in and traps you inside.
Plays tricks and makes you feel giddy and wonderful, those "butterflies" like we mostly describe it. It controls you, even if you do not actually know it.
And all of a sudden, it just throws you into thin air, and goes to curse someone else until it is your time once again, until you are mended back.
If you think about it, it is kind of like a sin ;
You lie for love.
You hide for love.
You sometimes feel the need to change for love.
Although it always comes back on you, like a giant smack in the butt, a back-stabbing "friend".
In any type of way, love hurts you. You might say, " But what about when you're married?"
Well, dear, I'm sure you've seen married couples fighting, crying, and let's not forget the famous 'divorce' situation.
"What about love in books?"
Sure, love in books is real love, but never forget that books were written by people ,authors, and that these people base their books on a somewhat perfect life.
Just to say that, sometimes when you go through heartbreak, it just opens your mind, your way of thinking. When you're heartbroken and just lying in bed, crying and overthinking everything which happened, you think in other terms.
Though I might have broken your trust in love, just like mine is, there's always the saying :
"Don't cry because it's over. Smile because it happened."
There's always two perspectives, the positive one and the pessimist one.
You will mostly hear about people saying to have a positive mindset.
But you might also want to have a balanced mindset.
