Chapter 4: Four Days

Rogue's pov.

(y/n) haven't came to the guild for four days. What's the matter? Is she sick? Should I...wait. Why do I even care?
"Hey Rogue." It was Sting.
"Yes?"
"Do you know why (y/n) isn't coming to the guild?"
"No I don't know..."
"You should go check on her."
"Why me?"
"Because I'm pretty sure it's your fault."
"My fault?"
"Yes. So go check on her."
"Fine..."

I walked to her house expecting to see her angry. I expected her to tell me "Idiot. Why did you come? Do you even care?"

I knocked on the door. After two long minutes she opened the door slowly looking down.

"(y/n), why aren't you coming to the guild?"

She didn't reply. She just shut the door. I knocked again several times. She opened the door. But i knew if I asked her the same questiom, she'll shut the door again. So I entered her house pinning her to a wall, not letting her move.

(y/n)'s pov.

When I opened the door for the second time, Rogue entered my house pinning me to a wall not letting me move. It was so awkward. In the position I am now, we were facing each others. My cheeks were red from embarrassment!!!

Rogue's pov.

Her eyes were red, like she was crying.
"(y/n), I'll ask you again. Why aren't you coming to the guild."
"It's because..." she said trying to look away. But i didn't let her.
"You can tell me..." I said a bit more calm.
"It's because of you..."
"Me?"
"Yes...I know you'll laugh at me but...these three insults you told me at the mission...it hurted really much..." she said with teary eyes. I kissed her forehead then hugged her, making her free of her movements. I was really surprised, she didn't push me away, but she hugged back.
"I'm so sorry (y/n)...I thought it was ok to insult you like that...but i was wrong...can you forgive me?" I said whispering in her ear.
"I'm ok with the quarrels...but don't let it go too far...ok?"
"As you want..."
"Thanks...and I forgive you..."

I loved her warmth. But then I realised what I was doing. So I broke the hug looking away. I also kissed her forehead!!! Hope she forgot about it...

"But you know Rogue, i never knew you were the kind of guy to hug and kiss." CRAP!!!
"Tch..." I didn't know what to say and blushed a bit.
"You're also blushing!!!" she teased me.
"Shut it!!!"
"Never!!!"

And that's how started another quarrel. But that day was special. I realised I was in love with the most amazing girl on earth...(y/n)...
