Chapter 12: Thanks

(y/n)'s pov.

I woke up in the morning with Rogue still sleeping next to me, hugging me. I smiled and laid my head on his chest. He put his hand on my head, pushing me closer to him.
"Good morning (y/n)..." Rogue said smiling.
"Morning Rogue..." I said still having my head in his chest. His warmth was so comfortable. I didn't want that moment to end. But Rogue looked at the clock and realised it was 6:49 am. We have a meeting every morning with the master at 7:00 am. Rogue and I got prepared and rushed to the master.
"(y/n)!!! Come right in front of me!!!"
I walked to him looking down.
"Since yesterday's fight was useless, you'll participate in today's event. If you aren't first, you'll quit Sabertooth." he said more calmly than usual.
"Yes master..." was all I could say.

The event's name was "pandemonium". I walked to the arena not hesitating.

Rogue's pov.

As Mato explained, they had to beat 100 monsters. Leonie had number 7. Erza from Fairy Tail got 1. She decided to fight the 100 monsters!!! But if she wins...(y/n) will get kicked out of the guild... The only way of avoiding it, is that Erza lose.
Unfortunately, she won. And now the rest of the mages have to do the MPF test. The device will grant each player a number score, which they will then be ranked on. (y/n) have to be first on that!!!
Gladly the first 5 hadn't much good scores. At Jura's turn he got 8000 (not 8000 exactly). It was now (y/n)'s turn. She got a total of 9800!!! And I'm sure the card girl from Fairy Tail can't do better!!!
Guess I was wrong...Cana got 9999+...so today...(y/n) will...

*timeskip*

We were standing in front of the master. He was talking to -or yelling at- (y/n)
"You are pathetic!!! I understand you couldn't do the pandemonium because one of the fairies took them all, but being second on the MPF!!! You aren't worth being a Sabertooth mage!!! Strip, and erase your guild crest!!! Now!!!" the master yelled.
"Y-yes...master..." she said in a tiny, shaking voice.
When she started stripping, I realised no one was looking at her. Even if I was dying to see her naked, I looked away and closed my eyes. But because of my dragon slayer senses I knew what was she doing. Was she really erasing her guild mark?
"Now get out of my sight!!! I don't want to see you here anymore!!!"
I could feel her walking and getting out. After the master let us go, I started looking for (y/n). Where could she be? I almost went through all Crocus but didn't find her.
"Rogue, you should go to sleep."
I looked around and saw Sting.
"Not before I find (y/n)!!!"
"Tomorrow there's the tag battles. I'm sure we'll fight. And I don't want to lose. You should go rest."
"I won't be able to sleep if I don't know where (y/n) is!!!"
"I'll help you search tomorrow. Now come!!!"
I followed him. When we arrived to the inn, I could smell (y/n). I went to her room, but she wasn't there. I walked to my room, and saw her standing, blushing and waiting for me.
"Hm...Rogue...can I stay here for this night...?" she asked shyly.
"Sure you can. Don't even ask." I said kissing her cheek. She smiled as we laid next to each other on the bed. I realised her eyes were red...she was crying...
"I'm so sorry (y/n)...I couldn't do anything to help you..." I said.
"You helped me Rogue...you let me stay here with you...if you didn't, I would be sleeping on the street cause I don't think I can find a hotel at 11:30 pm...so thanks a lot..." she said closing her eyes.
"It was nothing...I love you and I want to stay with you forever..." I said kissing her forehead before realising she felt asleep. I closed my eyes too, and felt asleep hugging her really thight, like I didn't want her to escape.
