Chapter 6: Six Minutes

(y/n)'s pov.

I woke up in the morning. I wasn't home. What happened yesterday? I don't remember anything. And I have a huge headache.
I could smell a delicious scent. I got up from the bed following the scent. It lead me to a kitchen. There, I saw Rogue. Wait...why am I at Rogue's house...?
"Oh so you woke up." he said looking at me.
"Why am I here...?" I asked a bit feering the answer.
"Yesterday you were drunk. And you didn't know where your keys were. So I had no choice but to put you here." he replied returning his attention to his cooking.
"You know how to cook?" I said changing the subject.
"Yes. Don't you know how to?"
"No. Like I told you days ago, in my house there's rats. So I don't use the kitchen. I always eat out. But I'm sick of eating at snacks or restaurants."
"Sit there and wait 6 minutes" he said pointing at a table.
I walked there and sat on a chair waiting for whatever he wanted me to wait for. I put my head on the table closing my eyes hoping it would calm my headache.
After 6 minutes I felt like something was put on the table in front of me. I lifted my head and saw a plate with pancakes. I looked at it then at Rogue.
"Eat it and tell me if it's good."
"I don't want." I said.
"Why?"
"I'm sure you poisoned it!!!"
He took a bite of the pancake.
"And now, do you still think it's poisoned?"
I looked at him, hesitate, then took a bite of it. It was delicious!!!
"It taste better than the one's of the pancake shop near my apartment!!!"
"Glad you like it."
I finished it really fast. It was so good!!!
"Well...I think I'll go back to my house."
"And I'll go wake up Frosch. He's still asleep."
"Will you go to the guild today?"
"Yes. And you?"
"Me too. So see you there." I said leaving the house.

Rogue's pov.

I decided not to tell her what happened yesterday...I'm sure she didn't mean it...she's far from loving me...
