Maggie's POV

She sensed the change of mood in Kash when he was reading that newspaper kaninang agahan, she wasn't able to take a good look at it dahil sa ipinatapon agad ito nang lalake sa basurahan.

Gustuhin man niyang magtanong rito if there's something wrong ay itinikom na lamang niya ang kanyang bibig, the last time didn't go well when she asked about a particular someone in his past.

Nang mapadaan si Greg sa kanyang tabi ay tinawag niya ito, baka may makuha siyang sagot sa kanyang katanungan.

"Greg, do you have any idea kung bakit biglang nagbago ang timpla ni Kash kanina when he read that newspaper?"

she could see that Greg is hesitating whether to tell her what he knows or not.

"Si Master Kash na lang po ang tanungin ninyo tungkol diyan miss Maggie"

"Tungkol saan?"

Napadako ang tingin nila sa nagsalita. It was Kash, he's home early na siyang ipinagtaka niya.

Greg excused himself at naiwan silang dalawa ni Kash.

"What is it that you want to know Maggie Faye?"

he seated himself beside her, naghehesitate siya if its a good idea to ask him personally baka magalit na naman ito sa kanya.

"Wala. Ba't nga pala napaaga ang uwi mo?"

"Cavan's mom invited me for dinner at their estate... and I want you to come as my girlfriend"

Pati ba naman sa publiko e kailangan niyang gampanan ang pagiging fake girlfriend nito?

"I don't think its a good idea Kash, pumayag lang akong maging girlfriend mo kunwari behind the four corners of this mansion of yours and that's it"

Naisip din niyang its not right na idamay pa ang ibang tao sa kasinungalingang binuo nila.

"Let's make it official then".

saad nito na siyang ikinagulat niya, wala siyang maisip na isagot rito.

"You are officially my girlfriend as of today mama bear"

she got up from where she's seated at nagpalakad lakad sa harap nito, carefully thinking of what she's going to say habang si Kash naman ay pinagmamasdan ang bawat galaw niya.

"Do you like me?... love me?"

she knows his answer to this simple question of hers. No. She's not going to tie herself down in a relationship na alam niyang sa huli ay siya din ang lugi.

He leaned against the back of his chair and closed his eyes. Matapos ang ilang minutong katahimikan ay nagsalita ang lalake.

"I've loved once... I could try again with your help"

her heart ached for him, alam niyang nasasaktan pa din ito, she could see it in his eyes... he must've really loved that woman but does he still love her?

"Mahal mo pa ba siya hanggang ngayon?"

she needs to know, kaya niya ito tinanong.

"Make me unlove her... make me unlove Celina"

Alam ba nito ang hinihingi nito sa kanya? how could she make him love her? Kaya ba niyang mahalin ang isang tulad ni Kash.

"Its okay Maggie. Just forget about it"

pinigilan niya ito bago pa man makalayo si Kash sa kanya, she must be crazy for doing this, she knows that there is no guarantee that he'll be able to forget Celina and love her instead but he's willing to give them a try and she guess that's enough as long as he's trying.

"I only have one condition bago ako pumayag"

She could see that Kash's face lit up sa tinuran niya. He faced her and grab a hold of her waist.

"What are your conditions?"

tanong nito sa kanya his eyes never leaving hers.

"Let's start from the beginning"

Maybe she'd be able to understand the real Kash kung magsisimulang muli sila, she wanted him to know the real her as well, and maybe then baka matutunan nilang mahalin ang isa't isa.

"I'd like that"

sagot naman nito sa kanya which made her smile.

"What's your favorite color?"

tanong niya, the sooner they get to know each other the better right?

bahagyang nagulat pa siya nang hapitin siya nito palapit sa katawan nito at nakatitig sa kanyang mga mata. Hearing him speak in French is sex to her ears, it sounds so sensual pag si Kash ang nagsalita or maybe she's just being biased.

She inched her face closer to him and looked at him straight in the eyes.

"Je n'ai jamais comme des yeux bruns ... mais tu es une exception, je suis prêt à faire"
( I never did like brown eyes... but you're an exception I am willing to make )
