Ashton's POV

"Hey Ash, let's go to the corner shop and buy some ice cream."

I remembered her from the pictures, she was a 10 year old version of Winter...

"Okay, we can go on my bike." I smiled.

"Um- can't we walk?" She said shyly with her arms tucked behind her and her foot swaying on it's toes.

"My bike would be faster and we both fit. Come on."

I walked the bike and myself toward her. She let out a sigh before walking toward me. I sat on first, leaning forward on the seat so she could ride behind me.

"Like an extra passenger on a motorcycle." I always repeated this phrase when riding like this with her. It made it her more relaxed with the whole situation.

She loosely wrapped her arms around my waist as I took off. I avoided the bumps and cracks in the road to make for a smoother ride. I constantly checked to see if she was smiling at the sun, I wanted her to always have that smile.

"Ash, slow down! The curve is coming up!" She bravely extended her small arm to point it out.

"But wouldn't it be more fun to go faster?" I laughed as I started speeding up. Winter tried to deny it, but she always had a sense of adventure in her. It was if it was her job to hide it and my job to uncover it.

As the cool breeze turned into gusts of air, her loose grip turned tight as we approached. "Don't close your eyes!" I shouted.

She always had a tendency to shut her eyes to avoid situations, but I always reminded her that life experiences happen with open eyes.

As I began to turn, I quickly realized we were indeed going way too fast. Just as the bike was tilting, I extended my arm back toward her and wrapped it around her the best I could.

Inevitably though, we fell onto our side, the bike a distance from us.

I quickly sat up to check on Winter, which, despite my arm wrapped around her, escaped me and fell full force.

"Are you okay?" I sat over her, helping her up. "IDIOT! I TOLD YOU TO SLOW DOWN!" She shouted angrily.

She dusted off her clothes and caught a sight of me. "Ash! You're bleeding!" She shouted, pulling up my shirt to expose a new wound.

"Woah. I guess I am." I laughed as I looked to her.

We stood and I noticed a red stain on her new shirt. "Are you hurt?" I asked pointing out her stain.

She looked down and lifted her shirt. "I didn't even notice." She said looking at the wound.

"Hey!" I smiled at her, "We have matching injuries." I pointed them out to her and she laughed.

---

I jolted awake from my dream, sitting up. Everyone was still sleeping around me and I glanced at the clock to understand why. It was 4AM and my dream had to wake me up. Dreams that I now understand are memories.

I stretched out like a cat before standing up.

We got back from our beach adventure late, it was actually a few hours ago. We had all lost our room keys, except the one Winter had to Michael and I's room. So we all bundled up in here and prepared ourselves for John's talk tomorrow about our security and shit like that.

I starred back at the clock and wondered if I should even go back to sleep. The tour bus would be here in a couple hours to pick us up.

I grabbed my jumper and decided to go downstairs to the lobby, maybe there was some coffee down there or something.

Michael's POV

*RING RING RING*

"WHAT THE FUCK?" I yelled as the hotel phone started blaring.

I looked around to room to find everyone covering their faces.

*RING RING RING*

I was closest to the phone so I had to answer.

"WHO THE FUCK IS CALLING THIS EARLY?" I yelled.

"Wake up call." An annoyed voice said over the phone before hanging up.

I looked over at the clock and it read 6AM. "Fuck!!! I hate John!" I yelled.

"Do the One Direction boys get this shit too? Because that would make me feel a whole lot better." Calum groaned.

"I'm not even in the band, why do I get tortured." Winter yawned.

I sat up and rubbed my eyes. "Where is Ashton?" Winter asked glancing around the room.

"Maybe he found another room key and split." Luke shrugged.

"I doubt it." Winter said as she grabbed her jumper. "I'm going to look for him." She walked out of the room in her jumper, sweatpants and not-matching socks, leaving us here alone.

I pulled out my phone to call Ashton, "let's see if he answers." I shrugged to Calum as he rubbed his eyes awake.

*RING RING*

"ARE THEY CALLING AGAIN?" Luke yelled from underneath his blanket.

"No mate," Calum laughed. "I tried calling Ash, but his phone is here." I laughed.

"Well fuck, why would he leave his phone here?" Luke questioned uncovering his face.

"I dont know but hopefully Winter finds him. We have to pack up our shit to get on the bus." Calum shrugged as he stood.

"How are you two going to do that without room keys?" I laughed.

Ashton's POV

"Are you all packed yet?" John asked as I sank down in my chair.

After I woke up a couple hours ago, I came down by the bar to drink some coffee. John had joined me a couple minutes ago and we started talking about the rest of the tour.

"It's not like I have much to pack." I laughed but John starred me down.

When he came to join me, he came with his bags all packed and ready.

"Get back upstairs and pack, the bus is going to be here any minute." John smiled.

"But-" I started.

"Here you are Ashton." Winter shouted as she got out of the elevator. "Good Morning John." She smiled as she came over to us.

"Good morning, are you ready to go?" John asked. "No," she laughed, "I came looking for Ashton. The boys are still sleeping in the room." She shrugged.

"You all slept in the same room?" John questioned.

"Well yeah, the boys lost their room keys." I shrugged. "You did too! I was the only one with a key." Winter laughed.

"Just when I was starting to think you boys were maturing." John sighed as he handed me the extra rook keys. "I'll check us out but you two need to get back upstairs and get everyone down here. 10 minutes." John warned.

Winter and I nodded in agreement before racing toward the elevator.
