"That was so much fun!" Taylor said as they got back to their hotel suite.

A group of the cast from Thor 3, along with their family and some friends, had just been to see Ghostbusters. Tom had taken Taylor with him to meet the cast and also so they could spend time together, since he was on set all day.

"It was weird to see Chris in a completely different role... but he kind of aced it!" Tom replied, opening his laptop to check for emails before they went to bed. The film had been late so it was just coming up to 1am on Friday for them.

"Yeah." Taylor said, yawning slightly after having what felt like a long couple of days one way or another.

"Let's get to bed... Tomorrow is meant to be a busy day on set." Tom said, wrapping his arms around Taylor from behind as thy walked to their bedroom together, his chin resting on her shoulder slightly.

They had barely made it to sleep when Tom's phone started buzzing non-stop.

"Argh! What now?" He groaned, happily curled up next to Taylor and dozing off. "It's 2am!"

"Sounds important babe...." Taylor said as she woke up and he rolled over to bury his head in his pillow. She laughed as she kneeled next to him to reach over and get his phone from his bedside table.

Suddenly she started tapping him on the shoulder really quickly, her face lighting up in excitement.

"Wake up! Wake up!" She squealed.

"What's going on?" He said, confused by her excitement.

"You got nominated for an EMMY!! And the show got 13 in total!!!!!" She said, bouncing around slightly on her knees as his eyes widened considerably, "Congratulations!!! This is AMAZING!"

"Seriously? This isn't a joke?" He asked, sitting up next to her.

Taylor turned his phone towards him where he saw messages from his publicist Luke as well as cast members and friends.

"Um... I should probably call Luke... he says something about phone interviews.... I'll go to the living room." Tom said grabbing his phone as he started getting out of bed, before Taylor grabbed his arm.

"I'm coming with you! I'll make some coffee! This is so exciting!" She said, climbing out of bed after him and following him to the living room area of the suite.

Soon Tom was on the phone to Luke.

"So there are 4 interviews.... Variety, Hollywood Reporter, EW, and MTV with Josh Horowitz." Luke detailed to Tom on speakerphone as Tom made notes, "It's likely that you will get Night Manager and Thor questions"

"Okay.... Yeah.... Didn't expect to have to be coherent at 2am on a Friday, but I guess it needs to be done." Tom replied, taking a sip of coffee as Taylor passed it to him.

"And be prepared for any, um, more personal questions since you didn't have anything blacklisted." Luke said.

"Ah yes....." Tom said with a slight chuckle and a wink as Taylor rolled her eyes at the way Luke had phrased it before trying to cover her laugh, "In other words shut down the media's weird and wonderful headline grabbing statements and set them all straight."

"You could say that... yes...." Luke said, hearing a distinctly female giggle come down the phone line, "I'm on speaker right now aren't I? Hi Taylor."

"Hi Luke." Taylor said, having only met the man a couple of times.

"Okay, first call should be in about 10 minutes so don't fall asleep. That will be Josh, and then they should be pretty much one after the next after that. They've been told they have 30 minutes each, so you should be done by 4.30am your time.... Let me know if anything is needed." Luke said, being Mr. Efficient.

"Thanks Luke....." Tom said.

"Yup.... And Congratulations Tom. You deserve it!" Luke said before hanging up.

"We've got 10 minutes." Taylor said as Tom hung up the phone and looked over at her drinking coffee on one of the chairs, "I say we get some sustenance out stay awake...."

"You don't have to stay awake darling. I can move to one of the other rooms so you can sleep in peace." Tom said, not wanting her to feel obliged to stay up.

"Nu-uh. I'm up and too excited to sleep.... Anyways, you need someone to keep you awake.... Also I have nothing much to do tomorrow and will sleep a load better if you're there too." She said, smiling as she made her way to the kitchen area and searched for snacks.

Nearly 2 hours later Tom was in the middle of his last interview with the Hollywood Reporter, answering questions about the nominations, the Thor set, and how he was going to celebrate.

"So, you're in the middle of a cultural frenzy right now dating Taylor Swift. How would you respond to people who claim that you're involved in some sort of publicity stunt?" The reporter asked him, sounding hopeful for some major exclusive.

Tom paused for a moment, a smile making its way onto his face as he looked down at the woman asleep on his chest. Somehow, between interviews, Taylor had fallen asleep on top of him as he sat with his legs stretched down the length of the sofa. He hadn't wanted to move her, so let her sleep as he gently rang his fingers up and down her back. He laughed slightly at the question, having expected it slightly but also realising the ridiculousness of the whole thing based on his current position.

"Well, um.... How best to put this?" He started, considering the best way to word it and feeling his eloquence slipping slightly. He had already spoken about Taylor in a previous interview, so what was one more? "That notion is – look, the truth is that Taylor Swift and I are together, and we're very happy. Thanks for asking. That's the truth. It's not a publicity stunt."

The reporter thanked him for his honesty and wished him well in all his endeavours as their time came to an end.

Tom looked down at Taylor and leaned down to kiss her head, rousing her from her sleep.

"Hi." She said, smiling sleepily, "Are you all done?"

"Yeah... time for bed." He said, smiling at her. "Let's go."

Taylor got up first, climbing off Tom's lap and waiting for him to stand up before wrapping her arms around his torso as they walked back to their bedroom.

"I think I might read for a little while." Tom said as they got into bed, still wired on coffee and excitement.

"Okay." Taylor said, snuggling into his side anyways and closing her eyes, "G'night....and congratulations again."

"Thank you...Sleep well." Tom replied, opening his book and holding it with one hand as the other made its way to Taylor's back again, moving up and down in a soothing motion, calming them both down.
