Jessica Lange was no stranger to when it came to award shows. The Golden Globes, The Emmy's, hell, even The Oscars didn't bother her anymore. But The Tony Awards, now that was a whole different ball game.

Jessica was thankful she didn't have to face her nerves alone. Her daughter, Hannah, and granddaughter, Adah, were there to accompany her. For Hannah, it was an opportunity to spend some quality time with her mother, even if it was in front of cameras. For Adah, it was a test for her to see what her grandmothers fame was truly like. So many people were screaming their names.

"Jessica! Over here please!"

"Ladies! Look this way!"

"Smile for us Ms. Adah."

"Jessica! Hannah! Adah!"

It was a lot for the young girl to take in. Jessica noticed that Adah was visibly shaking, so, she took her by the hand.

"Don't worry, sweetheart. These pictures will all be over soon." Jessica whispered to her granddaughter.

"Okay." Adah whispered back. Jessica gave her a smile.

Tonight she could not have been more proud. There were three generations of Lange women on the red carpet and she would make sure the whole world knew it.

*The Award Ceremony*

This was it. The moment the three of them had all been waiting for. Jessica was gripping Hannah's hand tightly as the names were read. Hannah squeezed back while Adah was literally sitting on the edge of her seat.

"Please, let Mem win.." Adah quietly whispered to herself, and her mother noticed.

"Seems like you have your own little cheerleader over here." Hannah whispered to Jessica, who glanced over to look at the young girl talking to herself.

"Hmm, it seem like it, doesn't it."

Their attention was recaptured by the announcer.

"And the winner is..." Adah was literally out of her seat.

"Jessica Lange!" A huge smile spread across Jessica's face when she looked over to her family.

Hannah's eyes were gleaming while Adah reached across her mother to give a big hug and a kiss to Jessica.

After Jessica's short congratulations, she got up and made her way to the stage to receive that precious award.

As Jessica started her speech, Adah grabbed her mother's hand.

"You know, I want to be just like Mem when I get older." She whispered.

Hannah gave her daughter a proud smile. If that's what Adah wanted, there wasn't anyone better to learn the tricks of the trade from than her very own grandmother. The one and only, Jessica Lange.
