Walking into to a giant building, filled with people just waiting with something to through at me, like insults, accusations, rumors, even objects such as food or chairs. They just don't know it yet, because they don't know I'm back.

This was how it all started. This is how I met everyone. And for that reason I hated school.

But there was always one person I could never regret knowing... And she goes by the name of my best friend... Lucy. She was the only one I left behind last year before trying to sort myself out. She understood why I was going through and was always there for me, and I just dropped her, just like that.

She had problems of her own. She recently had found out she was adopted, and who did she find out by? ... Her birth mother. She was a mess, and I shouldn't have left when I did. I told her everything will be okay, she'd have a conversation with her parents (adopted) and go on as normal, since they are family.

I'm not sure what has actually happened in the past 12 months for her, I threw my phone away due to not wanting any connection with anyone else but my mum... I guess I'll just have to find out now, won't I?

I head to my lockers, earning confused looks from some people I recognize and people I don't. I open the locker that belonged to me a year ago, hoping nobody else has bothered to take the time to use it. Luckily it's free. I place my bags inside before taking out my pencil case.

I turn on my heals to walk towards my art class when two huge hands clash either side of me. I look up at who it is, his dirty blonde hair is pushed back, revealing the shimmer of blue in his eyes... His jawline is sharp and his facial expression is so fierce it's as though it could kill someone. He's taller then me, at least 6ft. It's then I realize who's standing in front of me.

I lean back on my locker and stare in disbelief.

'What are you doing here?!?!' He asks, looking at me like some mess his dog made for him to clean up. 'I thought the deal was you'd go away for a while, why have you come back?!?' He practically spat at me when he said this, not caring that what he was saying was being seen by everyone.

'I did go away Daniel. I went for a year. I'm not too happy about it either but it's not my fault. If you're that bothered about seeing my face around school, why don't you leave?' I reply, a lot softer than he did, but when I try to let him away, he doesn't budge. He's stiff, cold, frozen.

He finally releases himself and I let out a breath I didn't know I was holding. As he walks away I look around, people are still gawking at what just happened.
'Staring is rude, you know?' I shout and everyone goes back what they were doing. Well, everyone expect Lucy.
