I stood in the kitchen of the Smosh house. Was that a vision of how my life would be if I told Anthony how I felt? I watched him call Kalel... She'd just disappeared on him. He was worried sick and heartbroken. "Kalel? Baby, please come home... I-I don't know how you are or if you're safe. Please come home." He hung up as his voice cracked. I walked to him with a plate of vegan nachos. I set it in front of him and grabbed his phone, putting it on the table.

"Anthony... You're going to leave that phone alone for 30 minutes at a time. And when I give it to you, you will not worry about Kalel." I bit the bullet and swallowed the horse pill. Anthony was straight. He would always be my best friend, nothing more. And I had to accept that for myself. "We're going to hang out and forget about calling Kalel, understand? She wanted to walk away. Things didn't work out, like me and Melanie, we just grew apart. It's natural and yeah it hurts like a bitch, but we're going to be ok."

Anthony nodded and took my hand. "I love you, Ian." He smiled, eyes glazing over.

I smiled and hugged him. "Love you too..." I was shocked when Anthony laid his head on my shoulder as he ate. "What if we dated? Would you hurt me?" I asked.

"God, no. I would never hurt you... Why?" He sat up. I shook my head. "I'll prove it to you." Anthony planted a kiss on my lips and smiled. "Kalel left because I wanted you. I just kept acting as if I didn't. I didn't know if you wanted me or not." He said, blushing a bit.

"We're soulmates, Anthony, in every way possible." I smiled holding his hand and giving him a small kiss.

Sometimes your lover is right in front of you, and you'd never know it.
