S1 Ep. 7 Percy's Lament

Percy's POV

"Chu..." I sigh. Kaleb is sitting right next to me on Scarlet's bed. Scarlet floats right next to him. Scarlet has a twin bed with black sheets. Her room is painted dark purple. She has lots of poster's hanging on the wall. Her floor is carpeted rose pink. Her room is pretty messy, but Scarlet doesn't seem to care.

"Chu..." I sigh again. Both of them scroll their phone, ignoring me. This is why we usually hang out at my house. We never do anything at Scarlet's house. Her house is just too small. There's really nothing to do, but that's not my problem right now. Right now I'm just thinking about pika high school. I'm kinda pika stressed about it. It's a big step up from middle school.

"Chu..." I sigh louder trying to catch one of their attention.

Kaleb moans. "What is it Percy?" He asks setting down his phone.

"Nothing..." I trail off. Of course it wasn't nothing. I'm just really anxious about high school.

"Okay." Kaleb goes right back on his phone.

"CHU..." I sigh louder.

"I'm going to ask this again. This time just tell me what's up. I don't like playing the 'guess what's up with Percy' game. Because you know what? You have lots of problems! I can't possibly guess your problem." Kaleb rolls his eyes. "What's wrong Percy?" He asks sarcastically.

"Okay fine," I begin. "Well I'm just nervous about high school. Last night I was watching a pika drama, and it made high school seem horrible! The teachers are mean, the kids are mean, and school isn't fun anymore."

"School's never been fun." Scarlet comments.

"You're overreacting. It's just a dumb show. High school is always overly dramatic on TV." Kaleb states.

"What if we end up different?" I bring up.

"What do you mean?" Scarlet asks suddenly showing interest.

"Well Pokemon are always telling me friends made in elementary and middle school don't last through high school, thing change. What if we make new friends? What if we grow apart?"

"Well you don't know if that's true. If it is, maybe we're the one exception." Kaleb assures.

"That's what everyone thinks! Everyone thinks they're the one exception, but then by the end of high school they're hanging out with completely different Pokemon."

"What's the point in worrying? I know it's true, a lot changes in high school, but some things stay the same. I'm sure we'll still be best friends." Kaleb says.

"I know but-"

Kaleb interrupts, "Look I don't know what else to say to help you with your anxiety."

"Munna has idea." Scarlet announces.

"That's a first." Kaleb mutters under his breathe. Scarlet shot a look at Kaleb, and he just shrugs.

"Munna will take Percy into dream realm to help him relax." Dreamworld? That seems cool.

"Pika sure, but what's special about the dream world?"

"Anything can happen!" Scarlet says. Scarlet floats into her closet. She comes out using her physic powers to hold a bottle full pink mist.

"Just one sniff of this mist, and we'll be in the dream world." Scarlet says placing the bottle down on the floor.
