S2 Ep. 1 Ski Trip

(A/N: Hello! Welcome back to Pokemon Universe! I'm glad to release the first chapter of 'season 2' of Pokemon Universe! ItzChandelure and I promise to do our best with uploading new chapters and we enjoy your feedback. Enough talking. On to the chapter!)
-POV: Percy

February! The time when it's above freezing, yet the ski resorts remain open! The weather on the first weekend of this month is always warm! Since the ski resorts make their own snow, you can go skiing without even wearing a jacket! It's so nice each year, that pretty much the entire town comes out to have a fun time. It's also only an hour away, so that's convenient. My friends and I have come here for four years straight, and I've finally mastered the bunny slopes! It's time for the... intermediate hills.

I've spent four years learning the pizza, French fry thing, and now I've got it! Kaleb's been trying to get me to do it for two years, but I said that I needed my pika practice if I'm going to be ready. Everyone needs to learn before they do it... YOUR EXPECTATIONS ARE TOO HIGH FOR ME TO ACHIEVE!

Scarlet and Ariel also went, but they usually stay in the lodge because Ariel's boring, and Scarlet... well she has no limbs. Macy is a snowboarding master, and she's done countless ski trips to the biggest of mountains with her family before. Lizzie is the only one who hasn't come before. This will be her first time. I hope she has a pika good time.

I dashed through the icy parking lot to the rental shop with Kaleb.

"Hey Percy!" I heard. It was Clean Mantyke and Chub-Tyke.

"Heyo!" I said back as they walked over.

"So are you guys hitting the real big slopes today?" Chub-Tyke asked.

"Umm. Actually, I'm doing the intermediate courses today," I said. They started laughing.

"Ahem... There are no intermediate courses, when you're going snow tubing!" Chub-Tyke shouted as they both fancily laughed at us.

"Tubing is lame. There's no thrills," Kaleb said.

"TUBING IS THE VERY SOUL OF SNOW ENTERTAINMENT!!!" Clean Mantyke screeched. These guys are pretty passionate about tubing. I pika respect that.

"Uh. Ok then. See you later then?" I said as we continued to the rental shop. Seems like they need a little time to cool off. (Heh. They need to 'cool' off when there's snow all around. Good one Percy.)

-POV: Lizzie

WHOA! This is amazing! I don't even know what skiing is, but I like snow! Thank goodness that PERCY invited me!

-FLASHBACK-

"So, Lizzie, you wanna come to the ski resort with us this time?" Percy asked me.

"You mean a date?!" I eagerly asked.

"Well February 6th is technically a date I terms of time. Sure," Percy said. OMG FIRST DATE WITH PERCY!

-FLASHBACK OVER-

Yep. I wonder why Kaleb, Ariel, Macy, and Scarlet all came on our date too? Maybe it's a triple date. Percy x Lizzie, Kaleb x Scarlet, and Ariel x Macy...

Uh. Let's shake that thought away.

"Hey Ariel, why don't you ever go with them?" I asked.

"Well, I'm not really an outdoorsy Pokemon. I come along because they're my friends, but I usually stay in the lodge," Ariel said. (Ugh you're so boring.)

"You've never actually gone skiing before?" I asked.

"Nope. Never. Not once in my life."

"THEN WE SHOULD BOTH GO TOGETHER! We could take the lessons together too!" I cheerfully suggested.
