Amidala II

Since her mother had already taken the name Amidala, Kyra decided to name herself Amidala II, to set herself apart from the original monarch of Naboo.

As the reigning monarch of Naboo, Amidala II's first act was to ensure peace, serenity and restoration of the Nubian culture. She banned the Imperial forces from the planet and took it upon herself to make sure the planet stayed neutral in the fight against the Empire.

To some, Amidala II was an avenging angel, here to strike down the merciless ways of the Empire. To others, she was a copycat of the first Amidala, to which she replied, "My mother's virtues are merely my own. What she has passed on to me, I will do." To many, she was a beacon of hope.

To the Empire, she seemed neutral but within, they saw her as a threat to them.

The years passed and when she won reelection, she found out about a small band of fighters who were sending supplies to Lothal and other backwater planets. She watched closely as this band went to find their leader in an Imperial ship above the Mustafar system, and she decided to go seek them out and find out their motives, since her sensitivity in the Force was tingling with longing and duty.

So, she left Lyra, one of her handmaidens in charge of reigning Naboo until her return, and she often reported back what she had seen. So she set off, and disguised herself as a pilot, heading to Mustafar to rescue this band of fighters from a certain Agent Kallus and an Inquisitor.

When she infiltrated the Imperial Star Destroyer, she fired a few rounds at stormtroopers and finally found the band of fighters. She quickly and diplomatically reassured the group that she came in peace and to help them.

They consisted of people and creatures with different backgrounds. Two humans who were Force-sensitive, named Kanan Jarrus and Ezra Bridger, a green Twi'lek named Hera Syndulla, a human Mandalorian named Sabine, a strong creature named Garazeb, nicknamed Zeb, and a droid of their own named Chopper.

She and the group soon met with a Togruta named Fulcrum, otherwise known as Ahsoka Tano, who organized this rebel cell.

When Lothal was in a siege by the Empire, the Force screamed at Kyra in warning. She whirled around to see the one person she saw long ago in preschool. The masked murderer with the menacing mechanical breath and baritone voice box clad in all black. Darth Vader.

Kanan, Kyra and Ezra took on Vader and it was a fight they barely escaped from. She had never felt so much fear, anger and hate emanating from the Emperor's Second in Command. She silently vowed to herself to get stronger in not just self defense and combat. She now wanted to train with a lightsaber. Ahsoka agreed to train her in the Jedi arts, and in time, she progressed at an advanced level, all before she turned 15.

Malachor was the last mission before she had to go back to Naboo. They had to find a holocron that could help them defeat the Empire.

She learned about all of the Ghost crew, and she became even more determined to defeat the Empire once her second term as Queen was up.

She also learned that Ahsoka was once an apprentice to a Jedi named Anakin Skywalker, and she marveled and wondered about the name. She had heard of him somewhat, but not nearly enough. She knew he was a hero in the Clone Wars, and that was all she knew.

She also encountered an old Sith Lord by the name of Maul, a Zebrak with black tattoos all over.

She witnessed Ahsoka and Vader battling it out and made it clear that she wanted to help her, and so she did. She struck, blocked and parried like Ahsoka trained her. She was knocked unconscious by the Sith Lord and when she woke up, she was on the ship, and the ancient temple was collapsing-with Ahsoka and Vader still inside!

As she and the ghost crew escaped, Kyra knew that Ahsoka was either alive or dead. She mourned while she headed back to Naboo and silently prayed for her new comrades in the Ghost crew. Little did she know that they were to face Thrawn, and lose their lives in the process.
