Frisk, Asriel and Chara left the ruins hand in hand, smiling and giggling the whole way. Once they reached Snowdin, Chara stopped and turned to Frisk.

"Where exactly are we going Frisk?" Chara asked.

"Well the first place a panicked Papyrus would go would be Undyne's house," Frisk giggled.

"Why there?" Asriel asked.

"Because Undyne is his best friend, plus it's kind of an automatic reaction," Frisk giggled again.

"Seems reasonable... I know one of my automatic reactions was destroy everything in my way..." Chara looked down, kicking at the snow.

"Hey that was the old you, when you were overwhelmed by anger," Frisk said gently as she placed her hand on Chara's shoulder. "Now come on! Let's show everyone that you aren't the same person you were!"

"Okay!" Chara said with a smile.

Frisk grabbed Chara's hand and started running towards Snowdin town again. Chara dragged Asriel behind her as the three stumbled through the deep snow.

"We'll check their house and see if they're there first, okay?" Frisk asked looking back at the two. Both nodded their heads and they picked up the pace.

"Hey Frisk! Hey Chara!" A loud voice yelled as a yellow monster fell in front of them.

"Oh hi Monster Kid!" Chara giggled as Monster Kid struggled to stand up, his cheeks bright pink with embarrassment.

"Hey...what's...up...?" he said breathlessly as he finally stood back up. His eyes immediately zoned in on Chara's hand in Asriel's grip and his face got a bit more red from jealousy. Chara felt his gaze and quickly let go of Asriel's warm furry hand, her hand immediately feeling the icy cold of Snowdin which made her want to immediately grab Asriel's hand again but she fought that back.

"So Monster Kid have you seen Sans or Papyrus?" Frisk asked.

Monster Kid shook his head. "Nah last time I saw them was when they were heading towards Waterfall, which I'm assuming means they were going to see Undyne," he kicked around the snow at his feet. Frisk noticed this and knew he wanted to come with them.

"You want to come wi-"

"HECK YEAH!" Monster Kid cut her off nodding his head furiously.

The three giggled at the young monsters behaviour and they started walking towards Waterfall. Monster Kid turned around to face Asriel.

"Oh I haven't met you yet, what's your name?" he tilted his head, turning back around and falling in step beside Asriel.  Asriel cast a worried glance towards Chara who just giggled.

"It's okay tell him," Frisk said.

"My name is Asriel..." Asriel said nervously.

Monster Kid just nodded his head. "That's a pretty cool name," was all he said as the four continued walking.

Monster Kid moved over to walk beside Chara and chatted away to her and Frisk while Asriel walked in silence feeling left out. Frisk looked over and noticed the sad look on his face. She grabbed his hand and pulled him closer to the group, including him in the conversation. Monster Kid didn't seem to happy about it but didn't say anything about it and continued chatting away. By the time they all arrived at Undyne's house the four were all laughing and smiling.

"Y'know Asriel you aren't a bad kid," Monster Kid said with a smile. Asriel smiled widely.

"You're a pretty cool kid yourself," Asriel giggled.

"Whelp, I gotta go but I'll catch you guys later!" Monster Kid said as he ran away falling on his face once before getting up quickly and continuing to run.

Frisk turned towards Undyne's door and pounded three times. There was a exchange in conversation before the door opened. Undyne stood at the door looking Frisk over before sighing and kneeling down to Frisk's height.

"It's good to see you're okay kid," Undyne said with a sharp toothy grin. Frisk smiled and Chara peaked around Frisk's shoulder nervously. Undyne backed up a spear forming and Frisk noticed a familiar blue sweater lying on the couch. She rushed in dragging Chara and Asriel with her. Chara squeaking in protest as she shivered in fear. Frisk came to a halt in front of a familiar lump on the couch as Chara toppled on the floor, Asriel falling on top of her. Frisk gently touched Sans' head but pulled her hand back as his skull burnt it. She turned to face the others.

"What happened?!" Frisk screamed.

"This little demon did!" Undyne yelled pointing at Chara.

"DON'T YOU DARE BLAME THIS ON HER! NONE OF THIS WAS HER FAULT!" Frisk yelled her voice so loud everyone, even Undyne cowered in fear.

Chara pushed Asriel off of her and backed away to the far corner of the room, shivering in fear. Asriel quickly followed her and hugged her tightly. Alphys studied the two before getting off the couch and walking towards them. Undyne opened her mouth to say something but Alphys glared at her and Undyne shut her mouth immediately.

"Are you Asriel?" Alphys asked as she got closer.

"Why do you care?! You guys hurt Chara! She was only trying to fix her past mistakes!" Asriel cried, tears running through his fur as Chara rocked back and forth. Frisk looked over and her eyes widened.

"She's having an anxiety attack! Some get her a paper bag before she passed out from hyperventilating!" Frisk yelled.

Suddenly a paper bag surrounded by blue magic appeared and Chara took it without thinking and quickly started breathing into it. Everyone looked over to the couch to see Sans sitting up and rubbing his head.

"Sans?" Papyrus asked.

"what she seems harmless, plus i don't seen a knife anywhere nor do i sense her magic," Sans chuckled and Frisk hugged him.

"I'm so glad you're okay," Frisk whispered.

Papyrus' face burned with jealousy but he ignored it and walked over to Asriel and Chara.

"Is she going to be okay?" he asked Asriel.

"This isn't her first anxiety attack and it sure isn't her last," Asriel said as he rubbed her back. Papyrus nodded and sat down rubbing her back as well.

"frisk you shouldn't worry about me," Sans chuckled.

"But I care about you!" Frisk said.
