Chapter 2

So I know this story just started and it doesnt have a lot of reads yet but donot worry cause I would still update..so dont worry about me dropping the story quaterway through..if you like the story keep reading but you can also help me by recommending the story and commenting.

I woke up to the sound of my internal alarm. I had not exactly been able to sleep until sometime around two am. Today was the day, the day when I turn eighteen, the day when I would find out about all my powers, the day everything will be revealed, the day my tatoo would reappear, all in all today was the d-day.

I got up and made my way to the bathroom, I knew I had to get ready early or mom would want to have her way with me and I didnt want to go through all that painful fashion stuff. Dont get me wrong I love fashion, werewolf and normal human one. I just dont fancy having to sit down for too long with somebody practicing the new style on me. The pulling and grabbing and pining..ugh.it was pure torture. Expecially when the person doing it is not bein paid to do what you want and would like to do it how they think is perfect..people that think they know the latest styles even more tgan you do..people like your mom.

I moved to the shower happy that I had decided on what to wear yesterday, since I was too nervous to make a good choice for my self today. I grabbed my soap and soaped my body with the honey and lemon smell lingering on my body. Bathing had always had a calming effect on my body. I took my time and would have stayed under the shower forever if my mum hadn't started knocking on my door telling me to come out.

"Soluna..come out dearie, we want to be with you all the way. Who knows what can happen and when." She called concering dripping from her voice.

"Don't worry mom. I'll be out in five." I rinsed the lather from my body and got out of the shower. I was about to wrap my pink towel round my body when I saw it.

By it, I meant the tatoo in its all glorious golden form sitting beautifully on my hips. It was exactly as mom described it, two wolfs circling each other. One was in moon blue color with half moon drawings on its pretty fur and the other was a fiery golden color and looked more like a fox than a wolf but both wolfs were circling one another in a golden ray setting. Lets just simply say it was astonishing, beautiful and radiant. I've never seen any wolf like this and believe me..I have seen a lot of wolfs.

"Muuum...mum!..you need to see this..Oh my goddess you have to see this" I said needing to share this with someone who who also understand but mainly because I was freaking out.

"Whats wrong baby" my mom said bursting into the bathroom.

"Look at it mum! You were right! I cant beliebe you were right! You couldnt possibly have been lying! Oh My goddess you were right which means it's all true which means.."

"Calm down baby..just take deep breaths..you're just in shock thats all..just take big deep breaths" mum said in a calm voice using this calming yoga thingy that she did.

"Shock!..Shock! Of course I'm in shock...its freaking me out" It wss freaking me out..Any doubt I had had been totally squashed. If the tatoo really appeared again, then it must mean that mum was right..and mum being right simply meant everything she said was right..about me not being just a wolf and being the only child of both the moon and the sun goddess and stopping this whole damn war! I mean how can I do that. If that was to be true it meant I would not be just regular and all my dreams of finding my mate, falling in love-sappy as it may sound- and having my own pups were shattered. This was just freaking great!

I calmed myself down took deep breatgs while counting to ten and exhaled. I went out of the bathroom woth my mum and we both sat down on the bed.

"Dont worry Soluna...we'll be with you while you're discovering yourself..thats what family is all about." I nodded my head.

I calmed myself down and tried to find the good in all of this. I mean it cant all be bad. There is the fact that I would have superb powers no one else has and I would end up saving the world..all the wolf warriors dead from our tribe and the rest would finally be in peace and I would get to learn new things plus I finally get to see my wolf. Taking away the fact that my life would possibly always be in danger, this could be fun..when I was not thinking of living a regular wolfs life..mate pups and all, I've always thought of exploring ouside the territory. Yes! It wasnt all thorns, there were some great things involved I could definitely accept..I CAN DO THIS

I stood up my little pep talk boosting me already. "Yes..Yes! I can do this! The godess must have made me for a reason and I would not like to let them down." I said my confidence boosting with every word.

"Thats right..thats the spirit..and we'll be with you all the way..or for as far as we can go" she lookex at me tears brightening her eyes. "I'm proud of you baby..You've grown so much".

"Thank you mom..you are the best mom one could ask for" After that I cleaned my face, got dressed up and succumb to mom fixing my hair for me. When she was done I looked beautiful. With a new view to things, I walked downstairs towards my new fate
