Bacta And Battle

Anakin and Serra stood side by side in front of a bacta tank, observing the only occupant. Jedi Master Kira Carsen, presumed dead three thousand years before, was somehow alive and somewhat well; the bacta working to rejuvenate her body after the unheard of length of hibernation. A medical droid approached and spoke
"Master, Mistress; there is no medical reason why Miss Carsen should not be conscious and active. Her body is in peak physical condition. No injuries, external or internal have been detected, though her midichlorian count is abnormally high, even for a Jedi."

Anakin muttered darkly
"Thank you. You are dismissed."
Turning to Serra, he continued
"At least we know she is a Jedi, and a powerful one at that. Do you think that she may be in some sort of Force Hibernation ? Master Fisto managed to survive a year of Palpatine's torture using it, so theoretically she could survive for an extended period of time as well. Though I've never heard of a trance lasting this long. A month or two at best."

Serra mused over the dilemma. Suddenly, a mental spike hit her, more powerful than even Anakin's, and the bacta tank erupted, the sticky, awful smelling substance flowing everywhere. Then she was hit by a Force Push, and went flying back to hit the opposite wall. She saw Anakin was in the same boat, then watched groggily as one of her lightsabers went soaring from her belt into the outstretched hand of the now awake, and apparently very angry Jedi Master they had just rescued. She shook off dizziness and rose to her feet as Anakin did the same, drawing her lightsaber, as her other weapon was ignited in the hand of the rampant Master.
