Anakin, Serra and Kira stood facing each other. They had discovered that they all shared a similar level of strength, far stronger than a normal human. They had maxed out in squats at just over two tons, bench press at a ton and a half; single bicep curls at five hundred pounds, and double bicep curls at eleven hundred pounds. That was not their max, merely all the weight they had present. In short, they were strong; incredibly strong. What intrigued all of them though, was that there was no physical change to indicate their new found strength. No burgeoning muscles, no super dense muscle or bone tissue; nothing. They were all three perfectly normal, though at the pinnacle of human physicality.
Serra watched in awe as Anakin effortlessly curled a barbell weighted with five hundred pounds. She eyed his bicep in eager anticipation. As he curled, seemingly tirelessly; it grew, rising to the size of a baseball. An average muscle amongst the Jedi; though it being attached to her husband made it better than the rest, in her eyes. The Jedi rarely "bulked up". Combat called for being swift, agile. Enormous amounts of muscle hindered that. So instead, they trained for durability and endurance, which led to most of the Jedi being well defined, though few ever managed to reach her levels. She was shocked out of her reverie when she felt a hand on her shoulder. Turning, she saw Kira standing slightly behind her. She saw Kira smirk knowingly and tease her
"Ease up Serra. There will be time for other exercises later. Now we need to focus on our strength and combat training."

Anakin watched Serra as he curled the weight effortlessly. With each breath, her voluptuous bosom strained her bra to overflowing; seeming to swell ever larger, threatening to burst with every inhale. Come to think of it, something of his was ready to burst too.

Kira handed Serra a vibroblade; then told Anakin to rack the weight, and handed him a vibroblade. She began to speak:
"From what you have told me, our Order is still being hunted. Our weapons are too distinct to carry lightly. These vibroblades are for you. I have modified them with a different energy modulator to be able to deflect blaster bolts. Now. Onto the lesson. A vibroblade is just as deadly as a lightsaber, if not more so, in the proper hands. But just as a lightsaber requires training; so to does a vibroblade. I will teach you the finer use of these weapons, beginning with their inherent properties. Which one of you can tell me what makes a vibroblade different from, and far more dangerous than a traditional sword ?"
