Maddie POV I really didn't want to go to school, But I had to. I got up and put a lot of make up so my eye bags wouldn't show. I got dressed in comfy clothes.

I walked downstairs and my mom was shocked. Your going to school? She asked. Ya. I said. I grabbed a granola bar and made my way out. I decided I would give Jack back his car, I didn't want it. It smells just like him and if I kept, i would ball my eyes out. When I arrived at school I parked where he always parks. I waited for him and he finally gets here, I go up to him and shove the keys in his chest. Maddie please talk to me, it was just a thought but I wasn't gonna do it. He said. That's not what you said yesterday when you told me. I said. Wait. He said. I turned around. What? I asked. I love you. He said. I turned around and walked away, so hard not to turn around and go into his arm, but I couldn't let him. As I made my way into school, people were staring at me. Great. Get your own damn life! I told them. I got my things and walked to my class.
~~~ lunch time ~~~ I made my way to the cafeteria, but to everyone they thought they could just start staring at me. Hey, it's OK. I'm with you. Leo said standing next to me. I smiled and walked with him. Once we got our food, we sat together with Ed and Jasmine. You know jack hasn't stopped staring at you. Jasmine whispered. K? Why do I care? He's an asshole. I said. Just saying. She said. I feel his stare and pull out my phone to text him. 'Stop staring, your mistake. Deal with it.' I turned to look at him and see his face expression change. He then just turns around to his friends. I turn around and make a conversation with the group. So stupid for actually thinking he would change.
~~ after school ~~ I was opening my locker when I saw a note and pair of keys. The note read. 'Look I'm sorry, for my horny ass that wanted to fuck you. But I should've kept it to myself. But I truly love you Maddie. I'm letting you keep my Jeep, because well I have one of your cars and it reminds me of you, I will try to win you all over again. I love you - Jack gilinsky. ' I laughed at the beginning and then felt the tears coming. I wanna forgive him, but I feel like it would be a mistake. I grabbed his keys and drove home. I walked in and my mom was at the door looking like she was gonna get me in trouble again. I thought you were gonna give Jack his car back? She asked. I did, but he left me this note telling me he's letting me keep it, because he has one of ours and it reminded him of me, so he let me keep his Jeep. I said. Let me see the note. She said. I took out the note and gave it to her. I rolled my eyes and walked upstairs. I got my homework out and did it since I had a few questions to answer. Than I got a text message from Nate Conversation Nate🍃- how you holding up? I saw how everyone was staring at you. Me👻- I'm fine, thanks. What's up? Nate🍃- well I'm just letting you know that your invited to the party I'm throwing today, tomorrow, and the day after. Me👻- damn Nathan, trying to get laid😂. Nate🍃- I can't get wait anymore lil ma'. Me👻- because of your horny ass. Nate🍃- ya, so are you coming or not? Me👻- idk, I'm grounded. Nate🍃- here, I'll come to your house and tell your parents we have a project to work on, and that it's gonna take all day and you can sleep over. Me👻- OK. I'll see you later. Nate🍃- OK, bye. End of conversation I went to grab my book bag and choose a outfit to wear, I'm sure Nate will let me change at his house. I grabbed everything I would need and than shoved all of my books and a outfit to change in after. I grabbed my phone and put in my back pocket, I grabbed my laptop and walked downstairs. Mom, my friend Nate is coming over to pick me up. It's a school project we're working on. I said. OK. I'll get to making some snacks. She said. No mom, I'm going over to his house. His parents and siblings are gonna be their, he wants me to meet his family. I said. Ohhh, well can I meet his parents? She asked. Mom! I said. What? Your grounded. She said. You said if it's a school project or has anything to do with school, I can get out of the house. This is a school thing. I said. Fine, you can go. She said. Thank you. I said. I waited outside and he finally arrived and went to his house. Can I change somewhere? I asked. You can change in my room. He said. I made my way to his room and changed.
